Behind the space-time door, there's a short corridor that gradually twists and distorts until it disappears, replaced by an energy vortex that rotates so fiercely it seems it could swallow everything.

Lin Xi took a step forward, taking a deep breath in to calm herself. It was like a huge gamble and the end result was unpredictable.
