Chapter 171: Familiar Stranger

In an unfinished building, Lu Yi came bearing lots of food to visit a mentally deranged man, Old Xing who he had saved from drowning in the ocean a few days ago.

Lu Yi sat on the ground watching Old Xing devour his food ravenously. By a glance, you could tell Old Xing hadn't eaten for days and had Lu Yi not come, he wouldn't have lasted much longer.

"Brother, I thought your condition would improve over the days, but it seems to be getting worse." Lu Yi came out of goodwill to check in. He had hoped beforehand that Old Xing would have recovered significantly and wouldn't need to be taken care of, but reality was disappointing.
