I shot back, "Still a dirty cop. Now tell me your news before I do something violent."

He said, "Wait, you are no longer one of them right?"

I narrow my eyes and said, "They took me out of their will yes. If that makes you fucking leave."

He said, " I will leave. I will not even tell you why I came here."

Now I was worried. I point to the elevator and said, "There is the fucking door. Now go away."

He marches off with pride. The ravenette said, "We need to discuss what just happened."

I watch as he went on his phone and began to text. He said, "Follow me to the meeting room."

I follow him as we enter the meeting room. The marble floor was clean and polished. A long table circled around in a U shape. The ravenette said, "You can stand in front and explain any questions."

I roll my eyes. People pile in. Bacchus waves to me and I nod to him. They all sit down. I stand there uncompfrtabe. The ravenette said, "Since you do not know us. We will say our names before we ask you questions."

I nod. He said, "I am Kian. And why exactly did you call the officer a dirty cop?"

I said, "Because he is. I do not throw around such heavy remarks without knowing information."

Kian said again, "And why is he a dirty cop?"

My phone went off. I pick it up and look at it. It was from the unknown number. A picture of Alexander and Alina had escaped. I could feel the fear and rage seep into me. I said, "Because now they bribed their way out of jail again."

Bellamy said, "And what do you mean again? And who are they?"

I said, "Alexander and Alina. You may recognize the name. You may not. But the name has a lot of power and influence. And by again I mean they have bribed their way out of many things."

Bellamy said, "And why do those names sound familiar."

I said, "Depends on the side you are on."

He said, "Side?"

I said, "So you are on that side. Okie. They deal guns and weapons to the military."

He said, "And how does this relate to you?"

I said, "Look up Workman's arrest and you can find out."

They all take out their phones and began. Bacchus said, "I am confused on why you made us look this up."

I said, "Guess you do not see me then. I am the one with full back hair."

They all look closer. Oh yeah. I said, "I forgot about that. I am the one begin hauled off in the ambulance. My bad. Totally forgot about that part."

They all look at me like I was insane. I said, "I mentioned my bruises earlier. When Bellomy slammed me against a wall. Thanks for that by the way."

I shoot him a glare. He ignores me. I continued and said, "Yeah. Any questions?"

Bacchus pipped up, "Why were you being dragged away in an ambulanceman?"

I said, "For multiple reasons. One, trauma. Two, badly beaten. And three, making sure I was not cut by the knife he was using. Is that good enough?"

He gave me a sad look. I said, " Yeah. I have no clue about Hunter."

Kian said, "And how exactly did you get into this mess?"

I said, "Well, I got adopted into their family when I was six. They were the richest people who could help with my trauma. The papers got mixed up and they though I was a boy. They trained me to get me exhausted and to stay away from the illegal business. After everything went down and I was released, I got my last name legally changed."

A voice called out, "Almos. What was your legal name before."

I turn to look at Almos. He was the one who threatened me earlier. I said, "Well, it was Asher Workman. But I did not want to have that last name anymore. So, I changed it back Wild. That was what it was before I got adopted."

The blonde one chimed in, "Akanksh. And Wild seems familiar."

I said, "I was the one who saved your ass in Laze."

He said, "That was you?"

I nodded and said, "I did just say that yes."

He gave me a pouty face and said, "You do not have to be mean about it."

I said, "I am used to talking with people who are not as sensitive to my comments."

There seemed to be no more questions. I said, "You might want to have a weapon on you no matter what. Alexander and Alina are most likely mad and will not hesitate on killing you if you stand in the way of their goal."

Kian said, "And what exactly is their goal?"

I said, "Probably killing me. I am a loose end that they want off."

Kian asked again, "And why do they want you dead?"

I look at him and said, "That is a very sensitive subject. I am just going to say, it is the reason that Adriana died. Well, more of why they let Hunter kill her."
