The reason why Necromancers were so disgusting was mainly because all of their spells were related to corpses. After death, the corpses would not be in peace. No one would feel good about this!
More importantly, the soul fire that the Necromancer used to drive the corpse had nothing to do with the corpse itself.
It was the wandering soul fragments that were condensed by necromancy spells to form a temporary stitched soul body that only listened to the necromancer to achieve the purpose of controlling the corpse.
Because it was a soul fragment, there was no memory of its previous life. It was just a muddleheaded one, waiting to dissipate.
Moreover, even the Necromancer himself could not determine what race these fragments were from. They could be demons, dung beetles, or humans... It was also possible that it was both!
That was why people hated necromancers so much.
