After minutes of waiting, she finally saw the silhouette of the man familiar to her. She sighed and stayed beside the road while the traffic enforcers were guiding the other cars that got between the minor accidents.
"I'm very sorry! I will pay for everything!" the old man, who was a taxi driver that accidentally bumped into Devyn's car, bowed and apologized to her. Seeing how expensive that red car was, he didn't know what to do but apologized.
He was just a poor taxi driver, and the car wasn't even his in the first place. He had a family to feed and a sick daughter.
"Please give me a chance! I don't want to quit this job, Maam!" He pleaded again because he knew that rich people like them will never turn an eye to him and will sue them immediately.
Another man approached them. He stood next to the lady and asked. "What happened here, Miss Lowell?"
