We Can be Considered Old Friends
Yun Shu stayed at the spot for a while, pondering the words she just heard earlier. She took a deep breath to compose her thoughts. Then, she slid her phone back into her purse without sending a text to Qi Zheng and headed out from her hiding place, wanting to look for her mother-in-law.
However, as she came out with her head lowered, a pair of black, leather shoes stopped in front of her, blocking her view.
She raised her head slowly and in a brief second, the look on her face turned uglier.
"Yun Shu."
Qin Ji Ran's smile was nauseating.
Yun Shu cursed her luck for having to run into this scumbag ex wherever she go. She turned away, wanting to walk away from this person. However, Qin Ji Ran once again came to block her path.
"Hey, it was not easy for us to meet at a place such as this," Qin Ji Ran spoke. "Why are you trying to walk away? Yun Shu, we can be considered old friends. Why don't we talk for a while?"
