Wen Ru Qing watched as Yun Shu placed her belongings on the sofa.
"Your mother is not here?" Yun Shu swept her gaze around before turning to Wen Ru Qing with a bowl of takeaway porridge in her hand.
"Mmm... she just left this morning. I told her to come back once she had enough rest at home. Sleeping at the hospital was too uncomfortable for her."
Wen Ru Qing could not help but feel guilty each time she thought of her mother.
In the beginning, she fought her mother because of Shen Feng Yue and did not return home for a long time because of him.
But when she got into trouble, the person who protected her the most was her mother.
