Is This My Birthday Present?
Zhang Li Xue found her father in the backyard and stared at him from the distance. She saw that her father was talking to her Uncles but was not curious to know about their conversation.
The most important thing for Zhang Li Xue was the griller in front of her father. After watching her father chatting with her uncles for a while, Zhang Li Xue put on her slippers and ran to her father.
However, her steps halted before she get too close to the griller. Zhang Li Xue still remembered her mother's waning not to get too close when her father was at the griller as it was too dangerous.
The little girl stood on tiptoe and put her hands around her mouth. "Daddy!" Her voice made the three adults look up at her. Then, Zhang Li Xue continued to shout. "Mommy wanted to know if we can start barbecuing the chicken wings now."
Zhang Yu Han laughed when he heard his daughter's words.
