"Would you accept to go and live somewhere else far from here?"

That quiet question instantly shocked many.

"L-Lord Ling... do you mean there are other settlements?" Long Cheng asked instantly when he understood this question.

Ling Tian had an expression of not knowing whether to laugh or cry but then shook his head and said, "Just call me Ling Tian, don't worry about the formalities... I really don't mind being called directly by my name."

Long Cheng nodded carefully. He felt no shame in treating Ling Tian with respect despite being the Lord of the City. Ling Tian had the power to kill him easily, so he was careful and respectful of him.

"Mmm, I am not completely sure, but I think the Star City should be the only place in this whole continent or world as you call it." Ling Tian answered Long Cheng's question.

"So what you mean about going to live somewhere else far away is...?" Tang Wei asked curiously.

"I mean somewhere much further away... something that is not even in this world." Ling Tian slowly explained.

"It may be hard to believe, but there are other worlds besides where we are now."

Ling Tian's words again amazed everyone.

"As you can imagine, I am not from this place. The first people I met were the Lord of the City and his daughter. After that I had an accident and was unconscious for several days until Brother Shen found me outside the city at that moment." Ling Tian turned to see Mu Shen.

Mu Shen nodded and spoke at once: "It is true. I found Brother Tian near the ruins several miles away. That's when those horrible lightning bolts fell and then I went to see what happened... that's when I found Brother Tian in a critical situation. He was unconscious for several days. I still can't believe that he recovered so quickly afterwards." Mu Shen mumbled when he said the last thing as he could not believe the speed of Ling Tian's recovery.
