Rache's luck held out, fortunately enough: there was in fact a bag of clothes packed.
When she opened the nondescript bag and looked in, the clothes inside looked to be her dresses, as the sizes seemed correct, though she didn't recall seeing those specifically before.
There were three of them, each identical in style to the ones she wore in the castle, and a small stack of underclothes.
And there were also a few towels.
All in all, it looked to be perfectly serviceable. She wasn't planning on hosting any events while in the camp, after all.

Aside from simply staying near the price to avoid an obvious assassination opportunity, there wasn't really any purpose to her being present.
Likely, the plan to add her to the trip was last minute. Although whether it was Donncahd or King Conor who ultimately decided that remained to be seen.
