Village Attack(2)

The view shifts to a shot of a man in brown clothing seemingly running for his life as the view switches to what above him. There in the blue light sky the body of one of the bandits being flung upwards in a slow motion view.

The scene then shifts to another bandit, this one looks handsome than all of the bandits present, with a face of a charming prince which shows his brown hair and eyebrows, green eyes and the expression of shock plastered on his face.

The view shifts again to a shot of the bandits around the village, a shot of a surprised villagers and a shot of some of the children; all with the same expression on their faces.

The man in brown clothing before looked back and saw the Bandit that was chasing him was flung upwards. Then a very long metal arm could be seen, then the view changed back to the good bandit looking bandit was confused on what was happening.

Then the scene of a bandit that was flung upwards crashing down near the villager in brown clothing before. What they all saw was Xavier, the Iron Golem that Basically created and named by Delirious. The Iron Golem then moves out of the forest, showing its first appearance to the world. The sight gave a slight fear to the bandits and the villagers.

The Iron Golem steps forward making metal clanking noises everytime it moves, it slightly looks at one of the bandits which is holding a captive village girl, which triggers the Iron Golem. The bandit that held the girl noticed the Iron Golem's gaze at him, out of fear, he let go of the girl and slowly moved backward and was about to run away.

But the Iron Golem won't let that happen, with a very insane speed, the Iron Golem dashed and was already in front of the bandit startling him. 

"What the fuck!" The Bandit screamed before the Iron beast raised its long metal arm and effortlessly punched the bandit hard enough to launch him towards the forest at bullet speed. The lifeless body hit a tree and slid down leaving a slick line of blood on the bark.

The Bandit corpse drops to the floor from the broken tree it made impact. The Iron Golem turns towards one bandit with blonde hair that seems to be the vice-leader of the group. The blonde Bandit whimpers in absolute fear as he stares at the metal beast.

The Golem ignored the fearful man and set his sights on the next closest one raising his gigantic arm. Its arm itself had no magic enchantments but the sheer size and weight of it gave it strength that surpassed even great beasts with one swoop.

"DIE GOLEM!!!" The Bandit screamed in maddening rage and decided to charge against the Iron Golem.

His sword shatters the moment it makes contact with the giant of steel.

"Wha—!?"

The Bandit didn't even have the time to scream once the Golem slams using both of its arms in one effortless swing, sending the Bandit flying very high above the ground(Like in the game usually).

Another Bandit near the Iron Golem tries to run from it but the Iron Golem makes chase and crushes the bandit to the ground.

The Bandit with the good looking one that seems to be the leader of the group watches as his men get killed by the strong golem one by one.

'It doesn't make sense...' The Bandit leader thought.

A poor village like this shouldn't possess the wealth to have an Iron Golem, even a low rank Golem costs thousands of Euros at the bare minimum!

He and his men were here to kill and pillage the village which was an easy task as usual and one that they did multiple times in the past. Compared to the farmers wielding pitch forks which were unwieldy compared to the war-tested tried and true spears that they held, the villagers never stood a fighting chance to begin with.

Now the situation is reversed, now it is they that were being systematically slaughtered. That monstrously sized Golem butchered all of them regardless of strength and the durability of their armor, they were butchered as if they were nothing more than animals.

The faint ammonia smell indicated that either his comrades pissed themselves or the villagers and he couldn't blame them. That slab of junk metal was a being that couldn't be overcome with their strength even if there were a thousand of them.

Some of them even just dropped to their knees and accepted their fate, the only upside is that they'll now join their ancestors in the higher planes.

"Hold the Golem back, Men!" A desperate man shouted till his voice grew a bit hoarse. Like the rest of them, the man knew that he stood no chance against that steel giant and facing it was certain death.

It was Berethum, his second in command. Berethum was the son from a rich but otherwise unimportant family, but after what he did, he was exiled from his family, which is the reason why he became a bandit in this group, a group that had gone to hell with his inclusion.

He was the type of person who got angry when the girl he was trying to r*pe resisted and killed them in frustration.

"I'm not someone who should die in this shit littered place! Be my shield, peasants!" He screamed in an off-key note. "Hurry up and protect me!"

Not a single one of them moved, while he was technically the vice-leader, Berethum was not liked in the least. Who in the world would risk their lives for a person like him? Not to mention he just insulted them and called them peasants not even a minute ago.

Berethum screamed on the top of his lungs when the Golem decided to set its sight on him. In any other less life-threatening circumstances, they would laugh at how hysterical he was.

"Stand your ground, Berethum!" The Charming bandit earlier shouted to his partner.

"Did you see what that golem did to our men, Carmon! We need to go now!"

As the blonde bandit argues to his leader, he hears the metal clinging sounds of the Iron Golem near him. The Iron Golem now moves towards him making Berethum screech further in terror, the fear of death is too much for him that makes him stood there frozen in fear.

"You five! Get in here now!! Or you'll be punished by death!!!" The bandit go by the name Berethum starts to shout death threats to his comrades as he goes up and forth to his comrades and the Iron Golem.

Berethum screeches as the Iron Golem was already in front of him. Its size was menacing for something like him, he felt like an ant facing against a giant.

"Don't just stand there! Help me please!!"

Berethum screamed on top of his lungs before his life flashes when the Iron Golem instantly crushed him by both of its long metal arms, it kept smashing his crushed body repeatedly creating a large crater on the floor painted with blood until it decided to stop.

As the Iron Golem is finished, it sets its sights on the remaining bandits.

"N-No way! I can't do it!"

"Screw this crap!"

"Hold steady!" The Bandit Leader shouted, the others looked at him, the Bandit leader's voice sounded like he is an experienced knight commander, that is why he wears a bit more luxury than the bandits present. "Stay strong! We will stand our ground and defend our men! Let's give the others time to retreat!"

The Bandit Leader turned to the others and shouted, "Prepare for battle!"

The remaining bandits began to ready their weapons and magic to face the unstoppable golem.

Seeing a new challenge before it, the Iron Golem began to go all out as it ran forward at incredible speed, probably about 100 kilometers per hour. More than 10 Bandits charged forward but were swatted like flies while others were crushed like insects. As more Bandits are either launched into air or crushed like ants, the Bandit Leader seems to have no choice but to join as he readied his enchanted magic sword that he stole from a <D+> Rank Adventurer not too long ago.

As he readied his sword, he charged forward with a speed almost equivalent to the Iron Golem. Both two strongest beings look at each other before charging forward.

As both figures are a few feet at each other, the Iron Golem raises its arms and strikes the leader down but he dodge the attack and goes behind it, he channels most of his mana on the sword, powering the weapon up before striking the golem in the back.

*Cling!*

A loud clunking noise was heard as the leader already made impact his sword to the iron golem, unlike the other bandits when their sword shattered when made impact, the sword didn't shattered like his other men did, having an enchanted sword with {Unbreaking I} is not gonna be easy to break.

Unfortunately, the only thing he did to the Iron Golem was only dented and showed just a few tiny cracks on the back of its metal skin.

He used up 98% of his mana to power his sword to kill the golem but that's the only thing he was damaging it with? Just so you note that he is a Rank 3 practitioner, a talented level that took years for a normal person to reach there alongside with a large amount of mana inside him.

The Iron Golem turns its back at the Bandit Leader with full red eyes, and before the Bandit Leader could do anything, he says his last words.

"Curses."

Meanwhile back in the forest, Basically and Delirious have watched the whole scene, watching the whole thing gives them mixed reactions; Surprised, shocked, astonished, awe, fear, and so on.

"Yo, what the fuck!? OΔO " Delirious exclaimed, couldn't comprehend what just happened.

"That's how strong iron golems are in real life??? OΔO " Basically has the same reaction as he added, "I never knew they could be so overpowered…"

"Well, the villagers are also shocked at the scene." Delirious said.

Back to the village, the remaining Bandits are escaping, running in fear by the time they saw their most powerful member just got killed just like that.

The Iron Golem just ignored them because they already escaped, the Iron golem then glanced at the group of villagers and moved forward towards them. The villagers hugged tightly thinking they were next. A little girl hugs her parents tightly thinking her life will end but the next thing happened was unexpected.

The Iron Golem kneels in front of them, it takes a rose from its vines in its body before giving it to the girl, instead of bloodlust and destruction on its eyes, it becomes a care and lovable creature, but the red eyes still remain there.

The little girl hesitates but just took the rose anyway.

As the Iron Golem stood, it heard two footsteps behind it and turned to look at its two creators.

"You did well, Xavier. You served us well." Basically said.

"You mean Xavier Number 2?" Delirious told the black men.

"I'm not gonna call him Number 2." Basically refuses before he spotted an old man headed towards the two.

"Um, who you might be, strangers."

An old man stepped forward, he seemed to be in his 70s as he spoke to the two.

"Oh? My name is H2O Delirious, and this is BasicallyidoWrk, or Marcel you can call him!" Delirious said as he pointed his thumb at himself then to his black friend.

"I see. Does the golem belong to you?" The Village Chief asked.

"Yeah." Marcel answered.

"Oh, then we thank you for our lives, warriors. We appreciate you. Why should we repay you?" The old man said, kneeling down as he praised them.

"No need to kneel down, we're just doing our job 😅 " Basically said, stopping the old man om what he was doing, "...And we don't want anything, just some information in these lands, which were kinda lost."

The scene changes to the villagers near some graves. The villagers in the scene were having a sermon for those who had fallen, in the distance near a tree was Delirious and Basically watching.

Basically looks at the map that the village chief gave them, while not accurate in this medieval like civilization, it did help him abit.

Delirious, was currently watching the mother and daughter he met back in the forest felt sympathy for them while they were in front of a grave of their husband/father.

Losing a father or husband reminds him of Liz and his children lost him because he got transported to another world 

Well, Delirious indeed didn't forget the mother and the daughter back in the forest, by the time he arrives, he was surprised when there are upon dozens of goblin corpses all over the ground thanks to the Sentry Turret he place there, without it, he would traumatized on what he was gonna see if those goblins did to the two.

The scene switches to a dust cloud entering the village and towards the village square, where Basically, Delirious, and the village chief waited.

"Delirious, change our armor immediately!" Marcel immediately whispers to him.

"Why?" The latter asked.

"It will be troublesome if those knights notice the expensive armor we wore, we won't let them tell us to explain who we really are, we need to make this a secret."

"Alright then, I have no objections."

Then the view shows two legged creatures entering the village, the creature appearing to be a Raptor looking creature with knights riding on them. They are also known as Land Dragon Riders.

Unlike the ones riding on Horses, Land Dragons are far faster and more agile than them, they run fast about 400km/h, fast as a speeding vehicle.

The view shows who was riding into the village, they were what looked to be Knights. They wore white armor that had golden accents, and wore a full golden helmet on which only exposed the eyes. One of them had no helmet on which exposed his face, he had long black hair and a short-cut beard. The man looks surprised to find the village fine, he was expecting some bandits to have already destroyed it.

And what made him more surprised is a strange looking golem beside the village chief and two strange individuals with leather armor, one of the individuals has a strange looking baby Bear on his waist, which is very unusual looking.

The man and his group stopped near Delirious and Basically and said.

"I am one of the Knight commanders of the Knight squads of the Holy Goldrose Kingdom, Commander James Standuff." The Knight who goes by the name of James said. "The General has ordered me to hunt down Bandits that have been attacking surrounding villages, your people are safe now. We will do all we can do to protect you."

"Thank you, Commander Standuff." The village chief said which got both of the two's attention.

"Are you the chief of this village? Tell me who are these two men standing beside you? Including that strange golem, they look peculiar." The Knight Commander questions as he scratches his hairy chin.

"Those gentlemen and the golem sav—"

"Don't worry about that now, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, commander," Marcel cuts the village chief off before introducing himself and Delirious. "My name is Marcel Cunningham, you can call me Basically instead. This is our golem, Xavier. And this guy over here is my friend Johnathan Dennis, you can call him Delirious instead. Delirious!"

Marcel called out but Delirious but he stood there looking at the Land Dragons in deep thought.

"Delirious, are you alright?" Basically asked, noticing something wrong with his friend.

"Oh! Nothing, nothing. Everything is alright, everything is completely alright ^o^ " Delirious replied with a 'smile'.

"Hm, sure." Marcel shook his head before looking at the Knight Commander.

"Continue…" The latter said.

"Alright, me and my friend here are just lost travelers who stumble upon this while it was being ransacked by those bandits." Marcel explained, to the Knight's surprise.

"What!?" The Knight Commander looked surprised as he muttered and got out of his Land Dragon which the living dinosaur walked off as James got closer to the two.

"These people would have been lost without you, thank you newcomers!"

"Don't give us the credit, give it to our Iron Golem over there." Marcel said as he pointed to Xavier in the back.

 James looks at the Golem with curiosity. 

"Strange Golem, I have never seen a golem looking like that. I have seen golems before but not that type of one." He said as he scratched his short beard.

"Yeah, we also want to ask you a favor, Mr. knight." Delirious to Marcel's left spoke to the Knight.

"It's James Standuff, and yes, let me hear it." James nodded.

"Where could we find the nearest city here? We're just lost travelers roaming around in these lands."

"Hm, wanderers, see these people a lot these days. The nearest city you guys need to find is about a hundred or two hundred miles east of us. Where we came from. You can follow us back if you want to.

"Cool. And what's the city called? Or does that even matter, haha."

"Well I don't even mind the question, we're headed to the City of Kalren."
