Chapter 2 - The Beginning

"Now that is over I can now begin with the Creation of my own Universe."
"The first thing that I will do is create the dimension the Universe will exist in so it is time to go to the void. The Void is what exists between all universes and beyond. There are also creatures there that can cause great Chaos in any universe."
Not wanting to stay in the void for to long I hurriedly created the barrier that would protect my universe from the void. It was not to complicated I just made it extremely tough and have it absorb the chaotic void energy's from the void. As well as a generator the produces millions of different energies and fuse them into the barrier. I also made it so the space in the barrier expand by infinitely x 100000000000000. So I can fit many things in it especially even more dimensions.
The result was a huge dome bigger than galaxy's that seem to glow with rainbows in the middle of infinite darkness. There were other Universes but calculating the distance from each one is impossible due to the chaotic nature of the void and there were no absolutes in the void time didn't even exist there.
I already knew what type of powers that I want my universe to use and that is magic power so the first thing was to create all the elemental magical powers and intertwine them with their respective laws the fusion of them were now connected on a fundamental level so it gave all creatures the potential to control the laws.

Creature that reach certain levels can Create their own laws by fusing different laws or creating them from scratch. There are character that can fuse all the lower, higher, and core laws to create a true law this can also be done with laws without core laws but the character would to need to create core laws or use multiple core laws connected to those laws from the existing core laws. Anyone who create a law will be the only one to use those laws as they are made to suit them.
After that info drop it will also make what I'm going to do next make more sense. I Created 15 different new dimensions each one will hold a group of laws. And I also filled each dimension with an infinite amount of the purest type of energy for each type.
The last will hold the true law apart of the unidentified laws and that is the Origin law and it will gather all the other unidentified laws in the dimension and will act as the core of it.
For the 15 Dimensions I also Created 15 eggs that absorb there laws and assimilate the entire dimension. Allowing the to become the rulers of their dimensions but also become Omnipresent within them. They will all posses they own true laws based on the laws they absorbed. The strongest would be the being that assimilated all the unidentified laws and the origin law making them one of the most powerful beings in the universe and will hold multiple true laws.
These dimensions were created so when creatures reach there peak and mastered some lower laws they will go to there specific dimensions compatible to their laws to purify their energy's and face the law beasts that will exist in those dimension to make those creatures stronger.
Law Beasts will be creatures birth from pure energy an will understand certain laws from birth. There will be higher and lower beasts creature born from higher and lower laws. The only core law beast will be law beasts that created their own core laws as the gods of those dimension will only allow people they chose themselves to learn the core laws and they wont allow any creatures with true laws to exist in their dimension.
