It was difficult for Lena to hide her excitement. The more Chamberlain looked at her, the more cautious he felt.

Carl's lips twitched, he stared at Chamberlain like he was crazy.

Unconcealed disdain flashed through his eyes, "She's normal, you're the abnormal one.

Wait! This is the reason you pulled me out of my office? There really must be something wrong with you."

"Hey! You can't talk to your boss like that." Chamberlain said, feigning anger before explaining, "She's usually stoic and doesn't smile much. Most of the time, especially when she's with me, she has her head lowered, blushing silly. Now, she's prancing around with so much confidence and a smile plastered on her face. I really don't want to talk about what happened during the weekend. Do you think someone else replaced her?"
