5. Kuro's Past

Chapter-5

Kuro Uzumaki POV:

Kuro from his birth has always been average. Never striving for more but stayed happy with what he had. But his low presence truly bugged him. Because of his low presence his friends easily forget him.

Past POV:

"Who are you? Why are you loitering around the royal Palace"

"I'm your friend"

"I've no friends who looks so average like you"

Something broke in Kuro that day. Though the misunderstanding was solved Kuro gained a new goal.

"I'm going to be a Shinobi."

A shinobi is well-renowned and known by all because of fear and hatred. But what Kuro didn't know was that shinobi act mostly in the darkness. But there is no one willing to break the news to him in fear of breaking his heart and so his trails began.

Blood, Sweat and tears were shed. Fighting for life at every section but kuro was determined never giving up. Finally he became a ninja and got his first official assignment to monitor the border in the land of river.

Kuro boldly went to the kurogane weapons to get his shinobi gear

"Old man have to completed my order."

"Oh…Who are you again?""Its KURO!!KUro"

Heaving a sigh at and accepting his life long curse kuro calmed down.

"Ah. boya I'm done with ya order. Where is the mission at?"

"Near the land of rivers ,Old man. Why you ask?"

The old man smirked and replied "I'm hashibi Utarake Uzumaki. I've a errand to run there but there is no one willing to go. So kid do you wish to run the little errand of mine?"

Something about hashibi smirk really put Kuro on edge but Kuro is a ninja so he doesn't show his emotions.

"Ok. So what's the package and who do I give this too."

"This is a special seal. This simply reacts to an anomaly nearby"

At these words Kuro became pale "Y-you mean l-like ghosts???"

"Not exactly but it shows if there is any nearby and lets you connect with them."

Kuro left the shop and got ready at the entrance of uzu finally gathering his courage he gave a stinky look to the package and said "I hope that you are worth the hassle"
