Chapter Two

Lucas Johnson is the first son of the Lucas family. A family that deals with software that is known all over the world. It was one of the top rising companies, a company that rose just one hundred years ago and quickly surpassed all the software engineering companies within ten years. It was the first company to develop a virtual game that uses a helmet to transport the user to an alternate dimension. That was the very first groundbreaking discovery in the software engineering world. After that, they continued to develop different software that were not even in the dreams of humanity bringing humanity to another era. The family contributed to the reason that America became one of the top companies in the world and they were able to gain the support of the government and became one of the top politicians in the world.

Lucas is the first child of the Johnson family but only he and his parents knew that it was not true. He knows who is he, his true father is a dark being who is a controller of the night and shadow while how mother is a closer kin to the moon. They were the head of the Lycan, The Lycan were also like the wolves but they harnessed the power of the stars, like the werewolves that harnessed the power of the moon. Their transformation is also different from that of the werewolves. Their transformation tends to be on the human side. They still stand on two limbs and their heads change and their body proportion changes to become bulkier. Ever since he was saved, he was being trained to unlock his full potential secretly but was kept hidden from the underworld as a trump card of the family.

He continued to watch movies till around two in the morning when he fell asleep on the couch with his body curled up.

The following morning, he woke up due to the discomfort he was feeling in his body. He saw that he was curled up on the couch with his head bent in a weird state. If he was human, he would have probably landed in the hospital.

"I have to change this weird sleeping stance of mine," He said as he went towards the window and opened the black curtain so that rays of light could come in. The light illuminated the living room revealing a luxurious living room, but the whole place was desolate because he was the only one living in the mountains.

"I will be visiting the family today I will have to hear another handful of words today," He said as he sighed helplessly and went into his room. Thirty minutes later, he came out of his room wearing dark clothes and went to his garage. A Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita customized car drove out from the compound. It was one of the most expensive cars in the world which was also showcasing the wealth that the Johnson family has.

After driving through the town while enjoying the view as he drove, he drove for like one hour before actually leaving the town and arriving at the real deal of the US. The Fishers Island. He got out of the town and drove for fifteen minutes again before arriving at the island. Fishers Island is one of the richest islands in New York because every year, two hundred billion dollars is made from the island itself. There are also a few islands like it but the most peculiar thing about this island is that, unlike the other islands where some families come together to collaborate with the government so that they can gain some control, this island is controlled purely by the Johnsons which showcase how powerful the family is.

  Fishers Island is also known for preserving unique wildlife and aquatic animals. A place of research for the government and even though the government loved this island, they did not make any move to snatch this island from the family. The government once wanted to buy this island from the family but they refused and the issue was not pursued further. This shows how powerful the family is.

Lucas drove the car to a side of the beach, there was a building there, he drove into the garage that only contained high-end cars and packed his car inside the garage. There was a man in a black suit waiting outside the car.

"Welcome home young master" The man greeted and bowed down when he got out of the car.

"How has the home been?" He asked the middle-aged man.

"House has been good sir" The middle-aged man greeted. He dropped his keys and went out from the garage, The middle-aged man escorted him while the workers bowed down for him. He went out of the garage and walked along the waters where he also met some tourists.

"Who is that handsome guy?" Some of the ladies were looking at him with pure adoration in their eyes. Even though the Lucas family owned the beach, it was not restricted. People could still come and use the beach as a tour center which also serves as a source of income. Even fisherman works for them because this ocean contains a lot of fishes. 

He got to another side of the beach which was also a restricted place. It was the Johnson dock house. The reason for its restriction was that it was where the ships that would get to the main island were kept. It was built like a house by the ocean which has different tubes where the ship will pass out. He entered the dock house, like the view in the garage, all the workers also bowed towards him. They already knew that he was coming so a boat had been prepared for him. Very soon, the ship drove off.

After fifteen minutes of driving, the ship stopped at the dock of the main island. This is a residential area purely for Lucas. Three bodyguards in black were guarding the place. They all bowed down when they saw him.

"Welcome young master" They all greeted at the same time. A jeep that was prepared already just drove through the forest that has different wildlife and soon arrived in front of a gate.
