This is a side story, not the main story nor is it part of any other side story. Therefore, the time it happens is only relative to the previous chapters featuring Evan and Clarion and the time skip in the previous side stories does not affect it.
Also, this is a mini side story. Unfortunately, I couldn't connect with Clarion as deeply as I did with my other female characters.
