Chapter 12

The ruler turned to look at the head warrior and the head warrior nodded his head in disagreement to what Elias said about Robert Louis losing his voice.

“How will you even think of saying i am dumb?” Robert Louis said to Elias almost in a whisper, Elias turned to look at him and did not reply him.

“Fuck!” Robert Louis cursed under his breath. The fact that if the whole thing ends he still have to act like a dead guy is what pains him the most.

The head warrior stepped forward when he felt Robert Louis abs Elias were trying to fool the ruler into believing what they planned together.

“I don’t think you are saying the truth, he looks perfectly fine.” The head warrior said to Elias aloud, when the ruler heard this he couldn’t disagree with what the head warrior said because it’s true.

The ruler also had a feeling Robert Louis cannot be dump he looks perfectly okay and from the way he is turning his head he can perfectly hear them.

“Can he hear?” The ruler asked Elias, abs immediately Elias lowered his head very well while kneeling down.

“Yes he can, abs he is likely to get his voice back sooner.” Elias said to the ruler. When the ruler heard everything Elias said to him he felt relieved, though he admired Robert Louis boldness of looking at him in the eye, but he cannot stand people like him because they are threats to him and his throne.

The head warrior became more furious after hearing what Elias said to the ruler and he noticed that the ruler already believed what they says to him.

“I need to leave here sooner.” Robert Louis said to himself when he felt like the energy here does not match him at all and he has a lot to do abs plan.

“I’ll make sure I find out who you are.” The head warrior said to himself while he was looking at Robert Louis face angrily.

The very smart ruler was left confused for the first time, he felt they were not telling the truth but at the same time he already liked Robert Louis from when he saw him and realized he was very bold.

The ruler is not someone that can be toyed with, if he ever finds out they are telling him lies he will not hesitate to kill the both of them.

Elias knew the ruler would spare them because if he wanted to punish them he would have done that since but he kept asking them questions that's why he stepped forward to defend Robert.

The ruler sighed when he realized it was getting tougher fur him to make a decision and a judgment on the issue on ground. The ruler turned to look at the head warrior and again the head warrior nodded his head against what Elias said about Robert Louis.

The tension in the house was increasing, Isabel stood up from her bed because she was getting bored from staying knew her room all day just like her dad had commanded. She decided to step out of the room and the moment she stepped out of the room.

She stop upstairs abs looked down, she sighted Robert Louis on his knees, he looked like one from that is not from an ordinary family at first glance but from his dress you can tell he has been through hell.

“Who is he?” Isabel asked herself and moved closer so that she can have a clearer view of the young man kneeling down. Robert Louis hates the fact that he will even have to pretend to be dumb when he cannot do without talking.

“What if I mistakingly talk?” Robert asked himself and turned to look at Elias who was kneeling beside him.

“I hope Robert don’t mess this up by talking.” Elias said to himself and all of a sudden he started having shivers down his spine at the thought that he might die soon.

“He should have given a straight date on when I will get back my voice.” Robert Louis said to himself again. He looked at the ruler and when he saw how the warriors was looking at him he just looked away.

“Why do they have such eyes?” He asked himself and started looking around. He was looking at the interiors of the house and he felt they were well built and a little modern than he thought, while he was looking around memories of himself and his people were coming.

He paused looking around immediately and it was here he realized he has a lot on his neck and he cannot he tied down here.

The ruler was finally clear on what to do. He raised his head to look at Robert Louis.

“I have heard what you said, and I have concluded that he should be imprisoned until we are sure he is not an intruder.” The ruler said to everyone present, Elias was not too happy with the decision but he was fine with the fact that they are not going to hurt any of them.

“Thank you very much for sparing our lives.” Elias said to the ruler and lowered his head very well.

“Why is he acting like a child?” Robert Louis said to himself when he saw the way Elias was shaking and bowing his head like he is about to die.

Just when Elias bowed his head he realized Robert Louis might not lower his head. The ruler turned to look at him, and Robert Louis looked back at him without fear, the ruler was trying to be calm with him but he sees him as a big threat.
