Chapter five inexperienced girls INEXPERIENCED GIRLS

I stood in an unknown abyss of darkness,It was so dark and the only source of light was a man Infront of me,he was covered in black clothes and he stood mobilized with his head down,I couldn't see his face because of his long black hair that covered his face,i felt his aura and it was something that screamed danger,I should have ran but the curiosity pulled me towards him...The strange man was tall and muscular with long Ebony black hair stopping at his back, darkness surged around him like a cloak and wisps of dark purple smoke danced around his body,as I was about to touch him he tilted his head slightly and i caught a glimpse of his fiery purple eyes then I jolted awake.

I woke up with a migraine pain in my head and the first thing that greeted me was the delicious scent of Maggie's pancakes and fries eggs with fresh syrup.

"Hmmm,that looks delicious"I said,not waiting for an invitation to sit and eat as I shoved the first pancake in my mouth.

" About last night...Do you believe now that Eric likes you,you guys looked so comedically romantic ?"Maggie said while laughing hard.

"Oh please,Maggie don't start it's too early for that"I said as I gulped down the juice.The memory of the night I was drunk flashed in my head.

"Oh shoot!!"I said facepalming myself,I made a terrible mistake.

"What?"Maggie asked.

"I actually confessed indirectly to Eric the night I was drunk"I said and pressed my lips in thin lines, I actually forgot about that and the fact that he just ignored me despite knowing what I feel for him now made things worse,I guess he just doesn't feel the same way.

"What! you confessed to our boss?"Maggie yelled in shock.

"Why are you making such a big deal out of this, you've always been the one telling me he likes me."I said glaring at her.

"And besides I was drunk and it was indirectly"I said looking everywhere but away from her eyes.

"That's different,If Eric had actually confessed to you it would be better and things would've actually worked out,but if it's the other way around it's stupidity."Maggie said again face palming herself.

"Hey!!"I said obviously offended at what Maggie said.

"That's right, Stupidity,you don't know if he already has a girlfriend or worse if he's engaged."Maggie said again and I knew she had a point right there,I don't know anything about Eric if he's engaged or not.

"I don't see a ring on his finger"I said with a pout and Maggie flicked my forehead.

"Ouch,you shouldn't have done that, Am an Amazon warrior princess remember"I said bragging and Maggie flicked my forehead again.

" Twice is treason"I said and she flicked it again until it became red.

"Warrior princess my ass,you can't even handle liquor,who drinks when they can't handle it?!"Maggie lectured and I just got bored and took the plate of pancakes and headed to the room.

"I'm taking my breakfast to go"I said and left her there as I went in the room to eat and when I was done,I freshened up and changed into something comfortable.i tied my hair in two pigtails,and combed my side Fringe nicely,I wore a long sleeve white arm blouse exposing one of my shoulders,then I wore black jeans that hugged my figure,then I tied my black jacket around my waist after wearing my white ankle heel boots.i looked at myself in the mirror and blew a kiss to the beautiful girl Infront of me.i stepped out to meet Maggie who was also dressed in blue jeans jumpsuit and a white t-shirt underneath with black sneakers,her short hair was nicely combed and she put a pin at the side,her brown eyes showing a hint of hesitation,her skin was flawless and smooth and she had a little black mole under her eye,she was wearing make up and she wore a dark shades,she was what people will consider... HOT,they were both carrying backpack that was filled with snacks,some clothes and weapons.

Thankfully we were in Los Angeles and our city was a place were no one would question you about your safety.

"So where do we start from?"Maggie asked.

The words from Grandma Olivia rang in my head.'when you're ready open the paper'.when I did the paper turned out to be a map,blue sparkling lights particles appeared and swarm around both of us and just like that we were falling through space and time.

we fell in the desert, surrounded with nothing but sand.

"Where are we?"Maggie asked,panic slowly building inside her chest,she was expecting a normal journey like the ones with cars and busses and didn't expect being teleported from one place to another and thrown like a ragdoll in a desert,why can't life just turn out normal for her.

"I...I don't know"I said looking around still holding the map in my hand.'where did we teleport to,why are we in a desert?'i asked inwardly.

"We're in the middle of a fucking desert Ari!!"Maggie yelled.

"What the hell are we doing here, we're so fucking lost"She said again,she took the paper from me and no matter how hard she twist or turned it, there was no single sign of writing on it.

"You can't see it,only Alfiedians can."I simply said still looking around and took the map away from from Maggie.

"So you mean there's actually something written on this thing?"Maggie asked and I nodded.

"it's a map,but I just need to figure out where we are now."I said.

As soon as Ari's gaze met the paper,the map in her hand started moving and looked like a flat screen Ipad in her hand it was actually showing the exact place they were and the road to take in a video motion,it was Alfiedian technology.

"We're here,and up ahead is a town called Mahadev town"Ariana said pointing at the map that looked blank to Maggie,as she stared at Ari as if she was crazy.

"Mahadev, are we in India?"Maggie asked in shock,and she was right to suspect India as the place they were,the desert,the name of the town all fingers points to India.

"I don't know Maggie,the map only shows our Destination, but not the name of this place"Ari said and Maggie sighed.

"How long would it take to get there?"Maggie asked and Ariana was silent for a while before answering,she knew Maggie would not take it likely when she heard what she was about to say but she had no choice.

"About 6 hours and 45 minutes."Ari answered and quickly covered her ears.

"What!!!!!"Maggie yelled and her voice echoed all throughout the desert.

"We are just a couple of inexperienced girls Ari,what are we doing,let's go back."Maggie said in a soft voice, obviously regretting why she came,she knew the journey won't be easy,but this was way past her imagination.

"No,I have to do this... besides there's no going back now"
