Chapter 4 - End Of Christmas Party

"hey can i talk to you alone? after the christmas party?"

then replied "ah ahh yes?" o-ok" i started to look nervous because of the girl infront on me looks imbarrased.

'wait is she confessing to me? wait no way!'

slap

i slapped myself and said to my thougths

'don't get your hopes up, Liam, there's no way she would confess, even though she has an a little beautiful look and cute , but for me, i don't deserve someone like her...' she started walking away with a smile in her face

'but don't let yourself down, like Chloe said but... being confess ha? if that was the case

i may need to get ready to reject her..'

i started walking again and said"hey Jacob will that be enough struggling? or you want more?"

he then replied" shut up"

"ha ha"

the christmas party started with the intoduction, after that the singing contest begun we listened to our classmates who has a beautiful voice while 2 groups presented the singing after 1 hour the singing contest will stop and after that the game challenge begun.

two games has been presented at the middle, almost all of our classmates participate but some of them didn't, like me who didn't participate while Jacob and Michael are having fun at the middle, i then wondered my eyes at the girls sitting opposite to the boys sitting, i seen the two girls i admire while gazing at our classmates Maria who is laughing while Ashley who has a usual gloomy look in her face, while Sofia who is the photographer, i pity her who can't play the challenge, will it's hard to imagine her joining the game challenges.

after a 1 hour again the game challenge stopped and we started eating.

but after 30 minutes the game challenge begun again and the name of the game is stop dance challenge.

then Jacob started taking me to the middle and insisting me to join.

i then said to myself 'will it's not like i just came here to eat haha'

i can see that Maria is being dragged to the challenge to.

but then the song begun and they started dancing while i'm not because i'm not good at dancing. without much of a choice i started to move my feet and started to dance a little then some annoying bastard started talking."huu, so your now dancing huh?" said by my annoying friend's Jacob

"hey shut up and make your voice down you piec-" when i'm going to said a bad word the song has stop without a second thought i stopped and all of my classmates to and even Maria, whose making a funny face.

the song didn't go on and our teacher started looking at us to eliminate whoever move. every 10 seconds someone always got eliminated and the number of challenger started to decrease.

while our teacher is looking at us she then start the song and we started to dance. it repeat again and again until only 8 of us left. at that time i already wanted to give up, because from the start, i'm not aiming at the price. but then someone bump at me and i look at her and got surprised because the one i got bump is Maria.

even though i just dance a little it was so embarrasing being seen by Maria. to the point that i already want to stop but i can't, because i can't just back out without being eliminated. that's why i'll wait until the song stopped and act like i moved.

i let my eyes wonder a little and stop at Maria again but now i seen her looking at my eyes and i obviously skip my eyes but then with that awkward moments i started talking to Maria and said" hmm! ha-hai Maria"

she then replied"hello"

i let the conversation flow and said " y- your so good at dancing"

she replied with a dissatisfied look or is it just me? " stop flattering me ha ha.."

i look at her eyes and realized that' yeah of course she would be like that, she acually avoiding me and here I am, talking to her like an idiot' at this moment of time i want to get my distance far from her so i wont bother here but when i'm going to do that

"h..hey Lia-'

someone called my name half way but it got cut because the song suddenly stop, i let my neck wonder arround to look for someone who called me but our teacher suddenly called my name and said" Liam your out"

"wewait what?!... ghmm oh yeah i'm sorry"

'will it's not like i'm aiming the number 1 seat i just got surpriced by our teacher calling my name i think because of trauma? haha'

'but the one who called me... is it Maria?' i got curious at the girl who called me but seeing Maria's face i think she's the one who called me?...'

'will it's not like i care' i started walking at my seat and watch the challenge approching it end.

after 10 mins the challenge end and the first runner up is collecting the reward gived by our teacher oh by the way the one who win is Jacob and Maria got eliminated and got the 7th place means that she got eliminated not longer after me who got the 8th place.

after 3 hours the christmas party is about to end with our teacher speech.

"ok class thank you for participating at the christmas party and the challenge i hope you have fun with your christmas break"
