A lot of time has passed since I have met Jonas, the cowardly Centaur, a bit over three weeks probably.
In that time there was no shortage in the problems we have faced. Were residents of two very different worlds.
Spending too much time in this ruthless wilderness that I have come to finally know as Silva Intractabilis, my already weary interactions have grown into those of extreme cautiousness and coldness. Jonas, on the other hand, is too accustomed to a safe environment that nurtures his naivety and curiosity, making him vulnerable baggage.
That won’t do.
We have established that we needed to advance through the territories of this vast continent in order to reach the Centaur settlement. But before that, Jonas needed to gain strength in order to have a chance – however small – to fight back against the ferocious beasts we are to face.
We accomplished that by playing on Jonas’s strengths which turned out to be his archery.
