Chapter 1

Marah , as sweet and gentle as the name may sound is anything but innocent. Ever since her mother tragically died she didn't know what to do with herself. She became hardened and buried herself deep down in the darkness corner of her mind; dark like the crypt underneath the northern tower in Whitespring.

Her father who then married the 'bitch of the west' who(however stereyotipcal it may seem) never really fancied her and made it known to her father that Marah was rude and 'misbehaved' all the time. Which wasn't a lie but would be classed as, in ananictoinary as, withholding-of-truths. Marah was not going to be the Cinderella to the Stepmother Tremaine. She was not going to be be the snow-white to her Evil queen (more like peasant)

Soon after her father dissappear however The heks started becoming more physical in her dislike to words Marah . And Marah really didn't mind though because she never made it satisfactory for Mother Gothel. She retaliated and was never submissive. And she like seeing Mother Gothel getting all worked up. She really did not mind looking like first like a blueberry then slowly transitioning into a overly ripe tomato the excruciatingly slow into a banana; but yellow was a happy colour so it meant healing. And besides how interesting is it to be able to say you had bones b r o k e n. I know cool right!

The only thing she wondered was why only she received the gift of being more that half the rainbow for a few days, a month at most. She must have been special if Nixie(who was 18, and the oldest)or Nadia(who was 13) was not blessed with that gift. But Noah and her were special. They were almost permanently changing colour (change was good!). Well not they more like her, but Noah now-and-again was fortunate.
