Chapter 9

Samuel was still shocked to what I did. I am too. And, Julius too.

"It's just a hug Julius. Why say that?" Julius lightly shook his head. "A hug? She seems to be so interested to you." He stated, nanlaki ang mga mata ko.

I nearly forgotten that there's a silent competition happening in this mansion.

They're all competing and I'm the award waiting for them at the finish line.

This kind of situation sucks.

"I'm sorry. I was just so happy. It's purely because of my emotion-that's called happiness." I pursed my lips into a thin line. Julius smiled while Samuel stayed silent.

"I understand. I'm sorry too. From now on I won't act like this again."

We stayed silent for a long time and bid our good nights.

I'm too careless, and selfish. I shouldn't act like that. Many punto si Julius, he's saying and reminding me na lima silang nanliligaw sa akin, there's also a rule that my mom suggested that after 1 year I can tell them who's the one I chose.

And I have no idea who, I'm sad for the others.

"They're all rooting for Israel, He's not that good though." Julius commanded when we passed by by the soccer field. We heard a lot of cheers of course. Mainit din, I can't believe they're all standing there under the heat of the sun just to root for Israel.

Today's saturday and obviously it's my day with Julius.

We didn't have class today, he just decided to tour around the university. Hindi naman sa hindi niya kabisado ang university, malawak kasi ito at medyo matatagalan pa bago ito ma-ikot so he wanted to do that, long walk plus, us talking.

May practice siguro si Israel dahil andito siya ngayon sa university, nagyayabang din, panigurado.

Julius told me about his memory of each corners of the university. It's all about his funny experience. Like this tall big tree, with its long branches and no hint of leaves.

He peed in this tree.

"I peed here for fun, I didn't know that everyone on the security room saw me peeing! Damn I was so embarrassed." He chuckled as he stated those words. I laugh at him, imagine? Those security personnel saw his cuckoo.

I didn't get tired and didn't even realize that we're done touring the university.

He always joke around and I laugh big time! He's a great and funny companion!

After that we head to a private restaurant and head home after that.

My day with Julius was fun and entertaining, I know understand why my mom told me to date them individually, it's for me to know them and for them to know me.

I feel like Julius and I have gotten closer! I so love our now building friendship!

Now, I'm worried for tomorrow. Tomorrow's sunday and it's my day with Elon the emotionless hunk-man.

If I was so happy with Julius today, what will my tomorrow look like?

"Can I talk to you?" I immediately stopped when I heard Gavien's voice spoke. Why? What does he want? My heart? It's his.

Napailing ako at napa-face palm. My goodness! Maghunosdili ka hosea! I heaved I deep sigh and pursed my lips.

"What's the matter?" I praised myself for being such a nice actress! Crush ko talaga to!

He glances from left to right and then on me.

"Sara was so happy. She would like to meet you." He said while smiling genuinely!

It's not a big deal though, pero sige, pagbibigyan ko ang babaeng nagpabighani ng puso ni Gavien.

He thanked me and told me that he gave my number to his girlfriend, and with that, our conversation ended.

Okay lang, at least nakakausap ko siya.

I woke up with my heart beating so loud and fast. Is today the death of me? Kukunin na ba ako ni Lord? 'Wag naman sana Lord, wala pa po akong first kiss!

Pagbukas ko ng aking pintuan palabas ay siyang pagbukas din ng pintuan ni Elon. Napalingon kami sa isa't-isa, I felt so awkward and walked past him, but then halted.

Someone held my wrist and that someone was Elon!

Alanganin akong napalingon dito. His gaze is unreadable, I can't read eyes so I have no idea about his expression!

"Let's go somewhere peaceful." He stated and I couldn't help but to open my mouth.

"Sa sementeryo?" His left brow swiftly pulled up.

"Why would I bring you to that place? None of us is dead." Kunot noong saad nito. Tumango-tango ako at napako ang tingin sa kamay niyang nakahawak pa din sa aking palapulsuhan. He followed my gaze, when he found out of what I'm staring at he immediately removed his hands and put it on his pockets.

"Well, it's just that, some dated there." Gaya namin ni Israel.

"Only fools dated there. They should find a place to act sweetly not in that peaceful cemetery. " He said it with a serious tone. Bahagya akong yumuko, pilit na itinatago ang ngising naka-ukit na sa aking labi.

Pffttt! Fools? Si Israel? Fool? HAHAHA!

I am trying hard to suppressed my smile. Buti nalang at biglang sumulpot si Gavien.

"Ingat kayo." Bati nito at tinapik ang balikat ni Elon.

"We will. Thanks."

I didn't know how I surpassed sitting next to the driver seat all the away, we didn't even talk while he's driving.

Basta ang alam ko malapit na kami sa destinasyon namin, I guess he's taking me to a beach resort? I can see waves coming from the peaceful ocean while on our way.

Is he prepared for our todays date or what?

He stopped the car to a well designed resort. I love how the resort looks, sophisticated and too formal.

"I reserved a room here." The front desk lady nodded and gave him the key. I didn't know if I heard him right. A room? Hindi rooms? Goodness!

Napansin nito ang reaksyon ko. "Stop thinking about something stupid." Hindi ako stupid.

I stayed silent and followed him, wala din naman akong choice.

When we enter the room it has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves, the sand here is white and it looked so much fun to swim today!

I just noticed that he's carrying a laptop bag when my gazed shifted to him, he quickly placed his laptop at the coffee table and started typing whatsoever.

"I have a lot of school works to do, you enjoy the view and I'll be here doing some stuffs." Walang prenong sabi nito at nagpatuloy na sa ginagawa.

Laglag panga ko.
