Qi Wu stopped and held out the plate in her hands, presenting it with both hands as if she were presenting to him a priceless treasure.
"Cookies, Jin Si," she softly answered.
Jin Si lowered his gaze and looked at the small cookies on the plate. She didn't do too badly, and the creamy fragrance was even starting to fill the air.
However, he did not really like sweet and delicate food.
"I know," he blandly said.
However, Qi Wu didn't pull back. She held out the plate of biscuits and quietly stared at him.
Finally, Jin Si could not help but ask, "What else do you want?"
It was really strange.
Jin Si was clearly still thinking about how Qi Wu had made him angry, but now that he was looking at her, he did not feel the slightest hint of anger.
He even went to talk to her, just like a masochist would seek out pain.
Qi Wu held the plate of cookies and solemnly explained, "Jin Si, I'm pacifying you."
