have an idea." Mark spoke up, causing Eleanora to look up from the chart she was scribbling in. They were in the ER, a storm raging outside.

"That's never good for me." She teased, leaning against the desk. "What is your grand idea, Dr. Sloan?"

"I am going to invite Hunt over for the game this week!"

Eleanora narrowed her eyes a bit, her lip pursing in confusion. Sure, she didn't absolutely hate Owen Hunt, but she wasn't his biggest fan. And Eleanora wouldn't lie, she thought that since Cristina left both the country and Owen, Eleanora wouldn't have to be as....friendly with him outside of work.

"Why, exactly? Does he even like hockey?"

"What? I don't know. But he's lonely. I mean," he leaned in a bit, his gossip-queen nature coming out to play. "Kepner was talking to Jackson and then Jackson told me that he hasn't left this hospital since Yang booked it out of the country. The man is completely alone."

"Okay, that's not true." Eleanora laughed a bit, raising her brow. "I mean, Owen has...."

She trailed off a bit, her eyes growing a little dimmer as nobody really came to mine. After a second, she let out a gasp, a hand going to her mouth as she stared at her husband with wide eyes.

"Owen's social life was dependent on Cristina! Oh, oh that's so..."

"Sad? Worrisome? Depressing?" Mark joked, Eleanora shaking her head. "We'll watch the game in the basement, drink some beers, eat crappy takeout. It will encourage him to become a social butterfly instead of a grumpy military officer."

"As long as I don't have to make the food or bring you beers, I don't care." Eleanora turned back to her chart, freezing for a moment before looking at her husband slowly.

"You miss Derek."

"What?" Mark asked, his brows raising to his hairline. "Derek? No, I don't miss him!"

"Oh, you so do!" Eleanora squeaked, pointing at her husband accusingly. "You and Derek watch all of the games together and drink beers in the basement! You miss Derek and he hasn't even left yet!"

"No, I don't—"

Before Mark could continue his defense, Owen started running past them, yelling out to the couple.

"Sloan and Sloan, emergency outside! Book it!"

Eleanora and Mark didn't hesitate in rushing after the ginger, their little squabble completely forgotten as they weave through the crowds in the hospitals hallways.

When they turn another corner, they pass Arizona and Callie, the two of them staring in slight confusion. Eleanora waves them along, her voice hard.

"Hunt says it's an emergency!"

The two woman are quick in joining their fellow surgeons, the people in the halls parting. Their feet hit rhe pavement outside, two people screaming for help snapping their attention to a nearby SUV.

The group of surgeons are quick in reaching it, Eleanora's eyes landing on the gurney sticking out of the roof of the SUV.

"Oh, my god!" Callie gasps out, the surgeons all stopping for just a moment in shock. Mark's eyes widen, Eleanora slowly shaking her head.

"Thats not something you see everyday."

, Owen, and Arizona are trying to force the door open to no avail, Eleanora slipping gloves on.

"Can you get it open?" Eleanora asks them, the wind making some of the loose strands of hair from her ponytail hit her in the face. "I need to get in there and secure their spines."

"This door's jammed!" Arizona tells her, Mark running to the other side to try the drivers side door with Callie. Eleanora huffs, moving to try and attempt one of the back doors.

Those are obviously jammed as well, the handle barely moving. She shakes her head, looking over at her two friends.

"They all are."

"It really hurts. Is that normal?" The man from inside yells, his woman counterpart letting out an annoyed noise.

"Nothing about this is normal!"

"Dave, is that you?" Callie calls out, everyone else freezing for a moment as the man's voice registers. Callie's eyes widen as she runs around the car, Mark right behind her. "I think that's Dave Oldroyd in there!"

"Dave?" Eleanora yells out over the wind, her eyes moving to the window.

"Wait, hold on, you know this kid?" Mark calls out, eyebrows furrowed. Arizona nods, looking at the other surgeons.

"Yeah, yeah. Stage 2 Osteosarcoma Patient. Eleanora and Callie diagnosed him a few years ago. He's due for his next round of Chemo in like an hour."

Eleanora has a worried look on her face, moving past Arizona and Owen to put herself right in front of the window.

"Dave, what are you doing in there? Are you okay?"

"My head hurts when I move it, Dr. A!"

Her eyes widen and she, along with her husband, friends, and Owen scream out, "Don't move your head!"

"Just stay still Dave and let me get a closer look!" Eleanora yells out, moving towards the broken window and peeking her head inside.

"No, no, no!" Dave and the girl, probably his girlfriend Monica, scream. As soon as Eleanora's head pops in the window, it pops back out, her eyes wide and mouth open in shock.

"Nora, everything okay? What did you see?"

"Too much." Eleanora whispered to them, her eyes moving towards the group as Callie moves to peek in as well. "I saw...too much."
