wakes up to a kiss on her shoulder, a small, confused noise leaving her lips. "Huh?"

Mark grins, pressing another kiss to her shoulder before moving to press one to her cheek. "Happy Valentine's Day, doll."

Eleanora rubs her eyes, glancing at the clock for a second before turning to look up at her husband. A soft, silly smile pulls on her lips and she places a hand on his cheek before pressing a kiss to his lips.

"Happy Valentine's Day, baby."

Mark moves to hover over her, his eyes bright. "Tonight, we are going to get dressed up and go out to an overpriced fancy restaurant, get wine drunk, and then come home and spend the rest of the night having amazing, hot, steamy sex."

Eleanora giggles a bit, moving her arms to rest over his shoulders. "Are we now?"

"Yes, we are." He confirms. "I already have the reservation for 8. My last surgery is at 6, and then your shift ends at 7. We'll have plenty of time."

"And what," Eleanora asks, raising a brow, "of the two very needy and very young twin boys we have?"

"That's simple." Mark tells her. "Max got a sitter for Sofia tonight, and the sitter will take the boys until he gets back and then he'll watch them. Torres and Robbins are going camping, and he's more than capable to watch them."

"Max?" Eleanora asked, tilting her head a bit. "Is he not planning on spending the entire night with Julia?"

"Apparently not." He shrugged before smirking, moving to kiss down her jaw. "Enough talk about the plans. How about you and I start our Valentine's Day off right and-"

Just as Mark says that, the baby monitors go off with the boys babbling to themselves, indicating they are awake. Eleanora and him both let out groans, Mark hanging his head on her shoulder.

not have twins." Eleanora warned April, Jackson, and Alex as she met them at the ER desk. She sighed, leaning on the nurse. "If one cries, the other cries. If one throws up, the other throws up. And then they get these evil little looks in their eyes and it's like they're planning your doom."

"Maybe it's just because you procreated with Mark Sloan. So, it's a Sloan thing, not a twin thing." Alex snorted. Eleanora sent him a slightly playful glare, but before she could defend the Sloan name, she pursed her lips and thought for a moment.

"Wait, you might have a point."

April laughed a bit as she looked through the files in her hands, shaking her head. "We're gonna get a zillion Valen-Traumas. I bet a few of them will be good surgeries for our boards!"

"Well, it's not St. Patty's Day." Alex told her, Eleanora taking a chart from a nurse and reading over it. " are good traumas—car crashes, bar brawls."

"St. Patrick's Day is such a nice day for Neuro traumas." Eleanora sighed happily, clicking her pen a few times as she read through the chart. "Last year, Derek and I spent ten hours trying to fix this one guys spine. It was ."

"Valentine's Day is all swallowed engagement rings and guys who threw out their backs getting laid." Alex continues, sending Eleanora a smirk. "Be careful, Sloan is getting old-"

"I will actually cause you severe pain if you continue that train of thought out loud." Eleanora interrupted, not even looking up from her chart. Jackson stifled a laugh, Eleanora still smacking at his arm.

"You're just bitter 'cause you don't have a date a loving wife." April singsonged towards Alex, Eleanora sending her a grateful smile.

"First of all," Alex scoffs, "Valentine's Day isn't for having a date with some chick. No, it's for macking the chicks who don't have dates. Besides, I have to study for my boards."

"You're an idiot." Eleanora sighed out, shaking her head. Jackson furrows his brows, looking over Eleanora's head at Alex.

"You studying already?"

"Of course." April tells him, looking up. Eleanora does as well, nose scrunched up a bit. "You're not?"

"No." Jackson clears his throat, looking a little panicked. "I am."

"I've been studying since the end of fourth year." Eleanora told them, looking back down at her chart. "I created my first round of study cards while I was pregnant. I'm on....my third round of study cards now."

"You have ?" Jackson choked out. She hummed in response, Alex snorting.

"She takes her studying habits very seriously."

Hunt walks over to the desk, Eleanora looking up. Her eyes narrow and her jaw clenches but she stays silent. Anger boiled inside her every time she's seen the man since Zola's birthday party, but she knew better than to bring it into work.

"Who put up all this?" He grumbled out, glaring at the Valentine's decorations around the ER. April beamed, not noticing his bad mood at first.

"I did!" At Hunts unamused look, April falters a bit. "Well, research shows that a cheerful environment reduces stress and helps patients to feel more...."

Hunt grabs one of the decorations and crushes it in his hand. Eleanora's eyes widen, her eyes moving to April's upset face.

Hunt storms off, Jackson and Alex both letting out low whistles. Eleanora narrows her eyes and leans over to give April a reassuring shoulder-squeeze.

need your best friend opinion on a romantic situation." Lexie rushed out as she pulled Eleanora into a supply closet. Eleanora let out a small squeak, staring at her best friend with wide eyes for a moment before slowly nodding.

"Okay?"

"It's a romantic situation about Max." Lexie breathed out. Eleanora's brows went up but she stayed silent, letting Lexie ramble. "I-I love him. I....I really, love him, with my entire being, you know? B-but he's with Julia, and he seems happy. And we broke up twice before and both times were my fault because I didn't want to commit, but....but I to commit now. I grew up, I found myself, and now I know I don't want to be without him."

"But, he's with Julia." Eleanora said slowly, Lexie giving a wide eyed nod. "And has a baby with his friend and her wife."

After another nod, Elenaora just sighed. She looked at Lexie for a moment, Lexie taking a few deep, nervous breaths. Eleanora then let out an excited squeal and wrapped Lexie in a tight hug.
