camera focuses on three women as they pull on yellow trauma gowns. It zooms in a bit on them, and on the screen, the editors have decided to put their names and occupation.

Eleanora helps Cristina tie up the back of her gown, the three of them obviously in a slight rush. Meredith looks at the camera crew and speaks, trying to update them with what was going on.

"We're on trauma rotation, so it's our job to take point and assess each medical emergency as it comes in."

"Y-you have to work fast, quick on your feet. These are the most crucial moments of the patients care, and it can make or break the case." Eleanora adds, looking at the camera as she tied her hair up into a ponytail.

The camera then cuts to outside of a trauma room, peeking in through the blinds as doctors work on the patient. A motorcycle accident with severe head trauma.

"Talk to me, Amedeo." Dr. Owen Hunt, the Head of Trauma Surgery, yells out. Eleanora glanced up from where she was focusing on the patient.

"His peripheral IV is blown, pressures plummeting." She calls out to him, focusing back on the patient again.

The camera crew focused on Cristina, who is standing towards the back with a slightly pale and anxious face as her two friends work. The room grows more chaotic as the patient starts to code, and after a few minutes Meredith speaks up.

"Got a rhythm!"

The camera follows Eleanora's actions as she puts the paddles away, the mics picking up her and Cristina's whispers.

""

" "

The camera focuses on Hunt as he listens to the patients heart, the ginger sighing before announcing loudly that the patient was brain dead. A few seconds later, Derek walks into the room from where he was watching outside, and he starts discussing something with Hunt.

"We, uh, we are fourth year s-surgical residents. And, uh, we're friends, you know, good friends." Cristina answers the question from the man behind the camera. Her, Eleanora, and Meredith were sat in a conference room for their first interview session. Eleanora sits between her two friends, a soft smile on her lips as she fiddled with her wedding band and engagement ring.

"Mhm, it's pretty impossible to work this closely and not become good friends." Meredith speaks up, the three of them laughing a bit.

"Yeah, we've been in the program together since our intern year. That's four years of us practically spending every waking hour together. So yeah, we're pretty good friends." Eleanora adds, her smile widening as Meredith and Cristina continue to chuckle.

The camera cuts again to the ER, where Eleanora, Cristina, and Meredith are working on bringing a patient out of v-tach. On the screen, the editors have decided to expand on the threes friendship.

"Uh, sure, I mean, going through something like that, it's brought us closer." Cristina speaks, the camera now back on them in the conference room.

"Not that we weren't close before." Meredith adds, looking at the camera. "I mean, ask anyone, we're close."

"Kind of hard to miss." Eleanora joked, the three smiling a bit. The camera cuts to outside of the elevators on three, Derek Shepherd and Mark Sloan standing outside of them.

"Yeah, Dr. Yang, Dr. Amedeo, and my wife sometimes have sleepovers....in my bed, with me in it." Derek tells the camera, his brows raising. Mark smacks at his friends shoulder, raising on brow.

"Really? They do that at our place, too." Mark turns to the camera, giving it a charming smile. "There's been many nights where I had to sleep on the couch because the three of them took over the bed before I got home. I mean, you definitely don't want to wake my wife up before you have to, because it's scary. So I just decide to not wake the beast."

Derek snorts, the two friends starting to converse to each other as they enter the elevators.

tattoo?" April asks, the cameras focusing on her, Lexie, and Eleanora. "It's just so unfair that something like this could ruin everything."

Eleanora took a chart offered to her from a nurse, humming. "Mark was talking to me about it. This guy has waited so long for these arms. It's sad that a small tattoo could ruin it."

The camera moves when Jackson walks over, eating a granola bar. He doesn't notice the cameras at first, the three women perking up a bit when he stands behind them.

"Hi. Is it true? Are you guys scrubbing in on the-" he paused for a moment when he noticed the cameras and seemingly changed, a charming smile finding its way on his lips as he looks at the crew. "-double arm transplant?"

He laughs, moving to pose a bit. Lexie raises a brow, Eleanora giggling as she looked at her friend with an amused face.

"What's wrong with you?" Lexie asked him. Jackson's eyes grew a bit wide at being called out and side eyed the cameras before answering.

"Nothing! What's wrong with you?"

The cameras zoomed out as Jackson leaned on the desk, Eleanora throwing her head back in laughter as April just shook her head. Eleanora pat at Jackson's arm before turning and walking off, her laughter being heard a bit before the camera cut again to Callie explaining the situation with the arm transplant.
