The warriors were drowsed, napping from the hard work of the day. The knights slowly penetrated into their huts, slaughtering them one by one, hut to hut.

The slashes of knifes passed through their throats, The huts become greasy with blood, no wailing and screams were allowed,f or the first thing was to hold tight their mouth like glue.

The did was done, heading towards the prison where the guards were dozing at the entrance. Slowly a herb was placed in their mouth and the immediately fell asleep snoring like infant babies, till the sun ascended the sky.

Coming to their senses at dawn the prison was empty, perplexed, they wondered what happened the previous night but it was a mystery to them.

Whe..where are the captives! they asked themselves but no answers did they find.

Time for patrolling, Ocen woke up and treked to the camp from his home. In a glimpse, the camp was quite like a cold night. Befuddled he when in to check their huts hoping to be emptied.

In viewing, his eyes narrowed while eyebrows contracted together, the nostrils flared as jaws clenched that he could barely breath his bones weakenedas he clenched his fist hard from what he observed.

Wondering his bloodshot eyes they stoped below the cheeks. A crimson grin smiled at him, the slash at their throats seemed to have more life than their wide open eyes and mouth.

Slowly with much disappointments hitting his face, he move and covered the open eyes of his succumbed fighters. He move checking all hut, but they were as the same as the first one. They were all lifeless.

Left with less than a troup of warriors, Ocen was so annoyed that he expected to vent his anger on Akello and odeke

Unbeknownst to him the prison was empty, the captives escaped, he felt his heart race faster and the air around him seemed crystalized, but all in all he had to move on, he then unleashed his anger on the guards.

After a long piggybacky maria was exhausted, but Odeke couldn't trek on his own for he was fragiled same to Akello who was staggering as she moved withe the support of the two knights which delayed their motility.

Her back was frozen yet she incessantly maneuvered till they reached at the watcher towers, the entrance to the jungle. They rested for a while, for it was safe there.

Ocen and his men persuaded them from behind but they were to far apart, reaching half way they decided to back down and returned to their kingdom.
