THUNDER

Hello "

Flo got a call from the boss who always gave her work.

"What's wrong, mommie?"

"Flo" a woman's voice that Flo knew very well was heard in Flo's ears.

"Hurry to the club right now" she asked.

Flo's forehead showed lines of wrinkles, she was asked to come to the club even though today Flo was still taking leave for her job at the club.

"Mommie is sure you won't want to miss it"

"But Flo is on leave, not accepting work at the club for a few days"

She had promised to accompany her mother to the hospital tonight, she wanted to encourage her mother who had chemotherapy today.

Her boss's voice sounded very disappointed when she heard Flo's refusal.

"He must have heard the satisfaction of your other guests, that's why he wants you to appear in person"

"He will pay three times more than what you got yesterday !! " the boss screamed because he knew this would make Flo change her mind.

"Come on honey, don't think anymore" he coaxed.

Flo was still silent for a few minutes, listening to all the coaxing from her boss who was trying to make Flo tempted by his seduction.

Flo sighed in confusion, she was reluctant but if everything was related to money, she would definitely rethink the job she had planned to leave.

"How much does he want to pay, mom?"

The thirsty soul for money in Flo began to dominate her mind this time.

Flo's eyes were round, her mouth gaped after her surprise, her eyes blinked like a doll.

Flo frowned listening to her boss's advice, this time she was giving too much attention to her.

"He knows that Flo doesn't serve anything strange, Flo just dances?"

"Don't worry, she knows the rules for meeting you" replied her boss, convincing Flo that the man who paid her this time would never do anything strange even though she paid him a lot.

"Okay, deal"

Finally, Flo accepted all the offers from her boss.

"Good job honey"

"See you tonight, honey"

"Okay, mom."

Flo immediately ended her conversation with her boss.

She sat at the bus stop waiting for public transportation that would take her home. Her gaze was blank, staring at the highway filled with vehicles.

"God, I really need money. But I hope to quit this kind of job"

Flo spoke in her heart, she breathed very heavily thinking about her life which was very difficult for her.

"Try to introduce me to a rich, heartbroken man, who is willing to waste his money and ask me to marry him" asked Flo, who was again only in her heart.

"I'm okay even if he doesn't really love me, as long as I can get out of this predicament"

Along with Flo's last words, suddenly in the sky that looked cloudy without any sign of rain, there was a loud thunder accompanied by lightning that made Flo jump from her seat.

She was shocked, because it was like the thunder was at the tip of her ear and the lightning really appeared aimed at her body.

Her face turned pale, her heart worked twice as fast as if the signs were telling her that what Flo said earlier was very much disliked by her God.

"Okay God, I promise I won't complain" she muttered.

She held herself back from saying any complaints she felt or later she would get a warning from the sky from the thunder and lightning a few minutes ago.

But if you can think again about what I asked for earlier" she said again softly.

She couldn't help herself from telling God all her requests.

Flo hoped she could still negotiate with her creator so she could improve her life.

"I just ask for a rich man" Flo firmly with just one request.

But then she remembered a bad thing that might make her request a misery for her.

"But not too old either" Flo corrected her.

She was still young and of course married to a rich man who was every woman's dream, but not to a very old man who had many children and grandchildren.

Flo didn't want to just be like a nanny with the title of young wife, she would indeed have a lot of money but of course not be happy.

"Maybe if he was as handsome as Doctor Maxell you could think again, even though he is a strange womanizer!"

Flo realized and then patted her forehead softly with her words earlier.

"Flo!!" she said.

"Wake up, don't hallucinate too much!"

"Later you'll be called crazy" she reminded herself of all her words that would never happen in her life.

Flo just realized that everyone around her had been paying attention to her strange behavior of talking to herself since earlier.

She was very embarrassed because surely everyone thought she was a crazy person now.

Not to mention the bus she had been waiting for so long had arrived, making Flo even more uncomfortable with the stares of everyone who seemed to be laughing at her.

"Miss, if your life is really hard, you better go to a psychiatrist immediately so that it can be handled properly"

There was a middle-aged woman sitting next to her giving Flo advice to go to the doctor immediately before her madness got worse.

Flo's face immediately turned red, she was even more embarrassed by the woman's words which made everyone agree with what she said so that some people there sympathized and gave Flo support.
