Hyun walked slowly down the sidewalk. His head hung a bit low: lost in thought.
"What happened last night?" He held his throbbing head.
Everything was a blur. He had woken up on the living room floor that morning. He was under a blanket: naked.
He took notice of the marks on him and shuddered.
"Was it another wet dream? if it was then this is more serious than I thought".
He placed his hand over his shoulder. Underneath were the imprint of teeth marks on his skin.
"That definitely wasn't a dream". he muttered.
He put his hand against his forehead.
"It seems like my heat settled too."
He thought back. All he was able to see was the silhouette of a person with him.
"My body hurts so bad..." He mumbled.
Ha-joon had decided to take the school day off due to his condition. He headed to a nearby convince store for a few things and was going to head back home.
Leaving the store he rechecked the plastic bag. There were some Omega medications as well as some food to settle his stomach.
*Ding*
Ha-joon pulled out his phone. it was a message from su-bin.
"How are you feeling? you still have a cold?"
"a cold? oh wait...Cho told him I was sick the other day."
He typed back.
"yea, I'm taking one more day off just in case. Thank you for checking up on me".
Another message.
"If you want I can bring you somthing after class, also I took some notes for you; text me your address and I'll come over later."
Ha-joon smiled. Su-bin had been nothing but kind to him. Almost like a real friend.
"A real friend..." He thought.
"Sure I'll text it to you".
----
"Here you go". Su-bin handed Ha-joon a plastic bag.
Both Men sat on Ha-joon's living room floor.
It's Jujubes; I heard they can help with a cold.
Ha-joon looked down in the bag and smiled.
"Thank you, you are very thoughtful".
"It's not a problem! Oh! and here are the notes I have been keeping for you".
Su-bin pulled a black notebook from his bag and handed it over.
Ha-joon thanked him again.
"I need to apologize to you Su-bin Sunbea". Ha-joon lowered the bag of fruit and his head.
"What for?"
"There has been so much going on in my life that I feel I have been ignoring you".
Su-bin tilted his head with a confused expression.
"It seems that everytime we are around eachother Hyun shows up".
"Hyun...? Oh! You mean that Alpha guy?"
Ha-joon nodded.
"He doesn't seem to like me very much." Su-bin laughed.
Ha-joon looked him in the eye.
"Please! Don't let a guy like that get to you Sunbea! You are a very kind and understanding person! And you seem to have a good heart."
Su-bin was shocked: He then grinned.
"Was that a confession?" He teased.
Ha-joon's face turned red.
"N-no! I mean..~!" He got flustered.
"I'm joking! I appreciate those nice words. Although they're not true" He meekly smiled; avoiding eye contact.
"What?! How could you say that!"
Ha-joon nearly jumped up.
Su-bin let out a soft sigh.
"Well for one thing, I know you don't really have a cold."
He looked deeply in Ha-joon's eyes.
"You forget...I'm an Alpha...I can smell it".
Ha-joon became self aware.
He saw the serious look in Su-bin's eyes.
"And inviting an Alpha over: Even though your heat is almost gone: well let's just say it gives me impure impulsives."
The blonde scooted away.
"But...I would never do somthing to hurt you."
Ha-joon sat with his hands in his lap. He thought back on all of the things Jong and the others had said about the Alpha sitting before him.
"Back to when you took me to that bar though....you KNEW it was an all Alpha bar. Why did you still take me there?"
He sighed.
"The majority of the patrons are Alpha. It's not an exclusive Alpha place." Su-bin explained.
That set Ha-joon at ease a little.
"I happen to go there often and wanted you to accompany me. I was actually very happy you did."
"There was also...a rumor about you I heard.."
"Oh that."
Ha-joon looked up.
"I was sort of a bad guy back when I was younger. I am bettering myself and I am ashamed of the mistakes I had made."
"So...you used to...lure Omegas?"
Su-bin made an uncomfortable face.
"It's as I said..I wasn't a very good person back then. But talking to you: I still want us to be friends."
He looked at Ha-joon with a hurt expression. Everything he had said seemed sincere.
"B-but we are Sunbea!" Ha-joon stuttered.
"Or, I'm sorry, I mean I thought we were.." He mumbled.
Su-bin stifled a laugh.
"That makes me glad to hear." He placed his hand on top of Ha-joons.
Before Ha-joon could reply, Su-bin stood up.
"I'm going to leave you to rest now. I hope to see you back at school tomorrow". He smiled throwing his jacket on.
Ha-joon stood up as well.
He walked Su-bin to the front door.
Su-bin opened the door and stood in the doorway. He turned back around to the other male.
"You have my contact, remember, you can call or text me anytime." He softly smirked and briefly caressed Ha-joon's cheek.
He walked out with the door clicking behind him.
Ha-joon rubbed the cheek that had been touched by Su-bin. His face was a little flushed.
---
The following day Ha-joon returned to class.
Slumped in his seat he hadn't slept well the night before. He was full of thoughts on Su-bin. He really wasnt the terrible person everyone made him put to be. He had racked his brain around the whole situation and had actually made a startling discovery. All the ones who had talked about his classmate were all affiliated with Hyun. Hs-joon started to think that maybe there was some sort of manipulation going on.
Jong was stuck on getting him and Hyun to meet often. He thought maybe there was some correlation between the two.
He remembered Cho talking about a fated pair between them.
It all hurt his head. Ha-joon was tired of the people around him telling him what to do and what not to do.
He was lost in thought that a large hand landed on his shoulder.
Nearly giving him a heartattack he turned and was face to face with Su-bin.
"Sorry there I didn't mean to scare you" Su-bin laughed as he set his stuff down on the table.
Ha-joon laughed and sighed.
"Sorry, I was lost in thought there".
"I was thinking Ha-joon, Would you want to go on a date with me this saturday?"
Ha-joons chest tightened.
"Date? like a friends night out? Sure!"
There was a slight pause between the two.
"Actually, I was asking you out on a DATE date." Su-bin lowered his voice to almost a whisper.
Ha-joon turned to look at him. Su-bin stared back.
"Of course, you don't have to answer right now. just think about it and get back to me tomorrow."
Before Ha-joon could say anything the professor came into the room.
Class began.
