Chapter 24 - Sibling Number Three

"Yeeaahh! LUCKY Me! Now... Don't you ever disturb us! Okay?"

"Wait! There's a condition if you really want to have another child. We have to use your IBT/IST." Splash retorted.

"I knew what you're thinking again. You want a chasing game with me using the IBT/IST once more."

"You're smart! Too smart to guess what I want."

"When will our chasing game starts? And what's the deal?"

"If you catch me, our third child would be in the making."

"A week honeymoon, sweetheart?"

"That's quite too long. Make it shorter."

"Will four days be okay for you?"

"So be it. The game starts on Saturday."

Their right palm sounded as they put them together with force. That evening and the next evenings before the game set them from tiresome & sleeplessness as a result of love making.

On Friday evening when their household staff & two children were already asleep both of them went to the secret room to get the Suit. It was only Sydney's fingers that were enrolled in the gadget to open its door. Sydney refused to let his wife' s fingers be enrolled to that open sesame gadget as he didn't want her to run away from him.

They slept calmly that night with the printed written instructions to their staff.

They prepared a presentation from the power point about the instructions that would be flashed through their security system. A detector to monitor the safety of their children was also installed in all the parts of their house inside and out.

Splash was to be chased while Sydney would be chasing her. The latter did not bother to wake up early to give his wife enough time to prepare. As it was still so early, she was the one who cooked their breakfast.

She brought with her a backpack where she put her clothes, toiletries, & her tiny purse for her money. She did not forget to bring with her an eye protection that her husband had also invented.

It was five in the morning when she set her suit to teleport to Siksik City in order for her to visit her old parents. It took her thirty minutes tobe in her parents' home.

She stayed in there for twenty hours but no Sydney had arrived. As per Sydney's instruction, the place they visited must had a proof like... a manager's signature and a picture in that place.

She left refreshed and tidy from her birth home for another place. She teleported to the beach resort at the hometown of her grandpa. She enjoyed the fresh cool bluish sea water even though she was just trampling in it and it was that time of her sudden discovery that their suit was likewise water proof.

She left that resort after eating her lunch. Still, her husband hasn't detected her location yet.

She teleported to its adjacent town where there was a surfing instructor. Her afternoon was spent learning how to go on with her surfing lesson. Although, she was tired, still she decided to go home to look for her husband who had not began chasing her. When she arrived at their home, Sydney wasn't there. They told her that he had just left to look for her.

She was so sure that she would not be detected yet, she decided to take care of their children at home, taught them, fed them and so on and so forth. On her first day of her stay in their home, her mobile phone that's connected to her suit rang shrillily, warning her of the coming of her husband. Immediately she wore it, got her backback and teleported to a place that she had been dreaming to visit. She had arrived in Caramoan tourist spot at no time at all where she had enjoyed the natural beauty of its surrounding.

It was breathtaking that she didn't notice the warning of her suit through her cell phone which she set into a silent mode.

Finally, after three days she saw Sydney fifty meters away from her that still gave her time to hide to set her suit to be far away from him.

She teleported to the Heart City nearby. Again, she had blocked him by pressing some buttons in her suit and in her cell phone so he would be unable to detect her location. It was then the fourth day of their chasing game. She teased him by texting him with laughing words plus an emoji with a tongue out of its mouth.

Splash had really enjoyed big time as her husband couldn't find her.

In order not to be traced, after sending him her text message using her other phone, she teleported to a place where one of the national heroes' was born. It was a historical place that was visited by so many tourists. She had spent her over night near the most popular school or university for agriculture that she had even soaked her body deep a hot spring.

Waking up in that transient place, she ate her morning meal at the canteen nearby when suddenly Sydney was behind her & was encircling his hands around with his two hands locked up front her waist.

Splash who was stunned screamed as if the man who was embracing her was a stranger.Someone alerted a policeofficer who swiftly responded and hand cuffed her husband.

There was a misunderstanding that she became panicky explaining and showing an evidence that they were husband and wife. They likewise told them about their bet who boisterously laughed with them.

If Sydney was overjoyed that he caught his wife, Splash on the other hand was dissatisfied about it. Nevertheless, a bet is always a bet that cannot be violated.

As that was their four-day honeymoon, they teleported to famous island across an ocean where so many foreigners and local tourists had swarmed to admire its lovely wonderful views. They'd spent two days for their island hopping.

They went home with two tall boxes full of dried fish, squids, & anchovies. Upon their arrival, they were alowwed to have their day off to bring the dried sea foods to their family. The fifth day of their bet was at their home while taking care of their two children.

Her weirdest whimpering had started all over again just like (before during their son's concepcion) when their zygote had developed inside her womb healthily. But at this point, she did not want him to be sleeping on their bed. He had to stay to another room downstairs and would just be able to be in their room once she had summoned him.

Sydney was so understanding & tolerant to his wife's craziness during their third pregnancy. She would even ask him to eat with her an uncooked rice during mid night. Sometimes she'ld request him to fry a coconut meat cut to strips dipped to a sautee'd tiny shrimps abundant in garlics, onions, and peppers.

Eventually, her pregnancy was about to be ended as she was waiting for her due date that month. The painting of the wall of the nursery & ceiling was with shade of pink and a tinged of egg yellow. The bed is covered with a white bed sheet with a pink embroidery of flowers that includes the pillow cases. The cushion of the crib & pillows were all in pink.

In their bedroom, their son would be on their bed with them as he was just about to be three years old. However, they had planned to put an additional small blue bed for him in the same bedroom that their eldest child was occupying per her request. The children's rooms were an expansion of the masters bedroom with each of them a secret connecting door from the rest rooms.

Giving birth to her baby had come during the early night of the nineteenth of April. The very painful contraction was making her cry softly that affected Sydney to be also in pain. Instead of driving her in his car he decided to hire a cab so he could pet her belly & kiss her to ease & distract her from the severe pain of contraction.

The baby was insistent to get out from her womb that when she was put down on a stretcher, right there and then, there was a newly born baby crying that made the medical team pushed that stretcher to be in the delivery room. She woke up the next day in a ward with her husband holding her left hand while he's seated on a chair, his head on his right arm that was put on the bed.

Her husband was there for her beck and call. He was very attentive in taking care of her. When she needed to clean & pee in the rest room, he carried her, washed her with a lukewarm water, changed her hospital gown & put her undergarment.

He called their cook to send them their food knowing that his wife would again breastfeed their third child. Despite his wife's refusal to be fed by him, still he insisted.

They named their newly born baby after the Greek goddess of War, Pallas Athena & if they called their son as Hide for his nickname, that time they would call their third child as Chase for her nickname.

Therefore, Mr. Sydney Britton's children to Mrs. Pearl Ace May Solis had unique nickname such as Arm, Hide, and Chase.

Sydney being an unidentified seed donor to Splash who became the IVF recepient had become a a close family knit.
