"He seems to be fine. Just get some rest and don't skip when it is time for you to eat. I suggest seeing your usual doctor as soon as you can tomorrow. I don't know all of your history so I am not certain what is wrong with you other than you look like you need to rest."
Ian watched from the sidelines as the doctor dealt with Victor. He was forced to wait and then listen to what the doctor had to say. There was some relief in knowing Victor had just overworked his body.
Ian didn't want to have to bother with sending a very sick Victor back to their father or hiding the body if he were to die overnight. "So, I can send him packing as soon as dawn?"
"I would say so, but you should keep an eye on him," the doctor answered.
Victor didn't want to leave when it came morning. "Wouldn't it be better that I rest up here for the next few days and then go home? I can call my doctor here."
