The Crown prince is shot.

Princess Charlotte reaches into her pocket and pulls out a key. She hesitates for a moment, then steps forward to unlock the prison bars.

Just then, they hear a strange sound coming from outside. It sounds like a large creature with multiple legs is approaching.

"What is it?" Princess Charlotte whispers, a look of fear on her face.

"I don't know," the crown prince replies, his eyes wide. "I thought you said your father wouldn't be here."

"He isn't," Princess Charlotte says, her voice trembling. "I checked his schedule, and he isn't supposed to be at this tavern today. Maybe it's just an animal?"

But then, a deep, guttural roar echoes through the cell, and the hairs on the back of their necks stood up. Whatever it was, it was definitely not an animal. It sounded more like... a dragon.
