Human Feeling

Emily picked up on a sound and immediately pulled away from Haley's lips. In doing so, she spotted a fast-approaching Vixie, her right hand clawed and her face contorted in furious rage, eyes directing murderous intentions toward Haley.

Before Haley could even realize, Emily's lips had already left hers, Vixie had reached the couch, with a clawed hand inches away from penetrating Haley's skull. But Emily had already grasped Vixie's hand.

Vixie's boiling rage dissipated under her master's stern, cold gaze, disarming her of what she so desperately wanted to do: kill this girl who dared to steal her master's lips from her.

"What do you think you're doing, Vixie?" Master asked coldly. It was at that moment the girl finally noticed her presence, yelping in surprise and fear at the sight of Vixie's claws inches away from her head.

Grudgingly, Vixie watched as the girl clung to her master, helpless to stop it.
