"Wait...! But why...?"

The smile disappeared of Sirus' face in an instant. He chased after Blaze, but before he could say anything or Blaze could answer him, someone had stopped in front of Blaze. 

"Are you the boy who just got re-evaluated to a S-rank?", the person asked in a deep voice.

The person who asked this question was a bearded, middle-aged man with a muscular build. He had long sand-colored hair and dark brown eyes. He was wearing an indigo-colored T-shirt and black pants.

Blaze made eye contact with him, he had no change in his in his expression. Blaze maintained his usual poker face. 

{....Maragmus Lee, White Tiger's guild leader. So, he is next.}

"Yes, that's me."

Maragmus quickly looked at Blaze from top to bottom as if he was sizing him up. 

{This boy is strong. He might even be stronger than me. But he lacks experience. His first awakening as a D-rank wasn't long ago either. I don't know how he was able to raise his rank so quickly, but I can obtain that information once he joins our guild. I must make use of this opportunity and put a reign on him, right now. I can't let him go to some other guild!}

Blaze scowled a bit because of his actions. 

Behind Maragmus, a beautiful lady in a Kimono with pink hair that reached down to her shoulders, Hikaru Hoshino, Sakura's guild leader and a slim man, who had light blue hair tied up in a ponytail who was wearing a pair of plain white shirt and pants with matching white shoes, Louis, Aquarius' guild leader had just arrived together. 

They both had a thought similar to Maragmus. They must not let go of this golden key!

Louis cursed under his breath, "F*ck! He got to him first."

Hikaru was just calmly watching; she had seen Sirus standing behind Blaze inside the room. She knew he would do the job. However, she still could not fully trust that man; so he had come personally to make sure that the recruitment was successful. 

She stared directly at Sirus, as if she was asking for an answer. 

When Sirus saw this, he gulped and slowly shook his head, signaling a 'no'. 

{I didn't think anyone would reject a deal like that. Just what is he after? For now, let's just wait and watch.}

Maragmus was a foot taller than Blaze, so he looked down at Blaze while speaking. 

"I believe an introduction is not needed. I will simply cut to the chase. Join the White Tiger guild, you can get the details from the contract. We can give you the vice-guild leader's position as soon as you sign that contract."

Louis was baffled after hearing that statement. 

"Say what?! What about your current vice-leader? You really are heartless, Maragmus!"

Maragmus just ignored him and stared at Blaze with some anticipation. 

"Thank you for the kind offer, Mr. Lee, but I would like to respectfully decline."

Blaze politely rejected him and moved to the side, to get out of the room. However, Maragmus moved in front of him and blocked his path, again. Blaze looked up at him in annoyance. 

Frore had just arrived at that moment and was about to walk towards Blaze. But stopped for a moment to observe his surroundings, when he saw that tall man looking down at Blaze and Blaze's annoyed face, there was only one thought that occurred to him. {These people are creating trouble for Blaze.} 

Before he could do something about them, he realized that his legs could not move. 

Maragmus had seen him approaching and thought of making use of this opportunity. He had sensed that Frore was weaker than him, so he released his 'Mana pressure' or otherwise known as 'Aura', and said in an emotionless voice, "I am not giving you a 'choice', I am 'telling' you that you that you have to join the White Tigers." 

The aura was nothing for Blaze but, it affected Frore a lot. Though, Frore managed to keep on standing, under the pressure; Blaze knew he must be having a hard time under the aura of a S-rank. This is the reason why Frore could not move since earlier. 

Maragmus casually went up to where Frore was standing and put a hand on his shoulder, and then he turned his head in Blaze's direction.

"This little guy is your brother, right? He is quite amazing, to be able to keep standing under my aura, even though he is just a B-rank." 

"Did you understand what I said earlier?"

Looking at this scene, Louis commented, "Look at this bastard, go~! Hey, kid if you agree to join Aquarius, I will save your brother right away."

Hikaru narrowed her eyes and commented in a low voice, "You are both as disgusting as always."

Blaze snorted. His eyes turned cold, and he said in a low and emotionless voice, "you.... are threatening, me...?" 

Blaze released his own 'aura', which was directed at the three guild leaders, but more specifically on Maragmus Lee. 

Obviously, Sirus wasn't spared from his 'aura', if Maragmus' aura made him kneel down, he was now completely glued to the floor, without being able to lift even a finger. 

Maragmus was unable to keep his head up and fell on to his knees in a couple of seconds. The remaining two had their heads down as well. They didn't fall down because Blaze wasn't targeting them directly with his aura, but they were barely managing to keep on standing. They had cold sweat on their foreheads and backs and goosebumps on their skins.

All of them were thinking the same thing at this point. 

{What kind of pressure is this? This isn't something a newly awakened S-ranker can do. Just what in the world is he...?}

They didn't know that what they were experiencing right now wasn't even 10% of Blaze's aura.

Blaze was pissed but he knew that, now wasn't the time to create a scene. Besides, he could always deal with them later.

He leisurely, walked up to where Maragmus was kneeling. He placed his hand on Frore's back and pulled him into a half-hug. Blaze's aura covered him and he felt like he could breathe easily again. The aura that was pressuring him was lifted, and he could feel Blaze's warmth from his arms. He felt really comfortable and turned to hold Blaze from the waist to completely hug him and buried his face in Blaze's chest. 

Blaze moved his hand from his back to the back of his head. Frore turned to look at his expression, which was as cold as ice. {He is really...angry.}

Blaze looked down at Maragmus.

"Mr. Lee, consider this as a warning. Since, this is only our first meeting; I wouldn't do something exaggerating. But, if you dare to lay a finger on him again, I wouldn't know if you would still have both of your hands; the next time we meet."
