Chapter Twenty One: Two Steps Back

Raven had went back to her home and reported to Shawn what she had found. Once the day had passed, she returned back to the White Room, eager and excited to get things back to the way they were before. Raven made her wish, specifically the to letter, making sure that she left no room for error. " If it doesn't work this time, I'm going to be freaking pissed " Raven warned as she teleported back to the Lycan Kingdom where she found that whilst the houses were still destroyed as well as the castle, the people bad indeed returned to life safe and sound. " Thank the Gods" Raven breathes a sigh of relief as she explains to the people that their King would return shortly and to start focusing on rebuilding to the best of their abilities. She offered her help in the rebuilding process, aiding as best as she could with her magic when Gooblin appeared beside her as she levitated rubble out of the way.

" Gooblin help clean? Gooblins offer was sweet and Raven nodded. They spent the next few hours cleaning, only to be interrupted by the sound of something shattering. " What..what is that?" Raven looked around and could not see the shield that Kara had put up to stop the bombardment of energy blast had been broken. She did however see the energy blasts raining down from the sky again. " wait..no...no no no. What the hell? Why is this happening? Did I do something wrong? I said nothing about energy blasts in the wish! " Raven looked to Gooblin who had stopped working for a moment to pick his nose.

" You make wish. But wish cost something" Gooblin had answered her question but now she would have to stop the energy blast. " Shit ." Raven panicked. She had already made her wish for the day and wasn't sure if the Underworld could make it to tomorrow given the shape that it was in.

And that is when, out of the sky, rained down an enormous energy blast that landed directly on top of the Kingdom of witches. " Of course. " Raven watched the entire castle explode before her eyes, releasing a magical energy wave across the land, sweeping through everything, leveling most of the Underworld The only Kingdom that was safe was the Vampiric Kingdom and that was only because it was so high up. Ravens home had also been protected because of magical barriers she had placed when she first moved there. As for Raven and Gooblin, Raven found herself without a scratch on her. When the dust settled, she found that Gooblin had put a forcefield around them. " Thank you Gooblin" Raven smiled down at Gooblin who nodded back. " Raven messed up. Raven messed up bad" Gooblin pointed out.

" Yeah. Yeah I did" You knew there was gonna be no easy fix for this. The Underworld had been destroyed yet again yet again along with the one single thing that would have been able to fix the entire mess. The Wish Room was gone. Energy Blast continued to rain down from the sky and Raven now had to figure out how to fix this entire mess. She had no idea that the wish would come with a price and if she had known that, she more than likely would have never made the wish in the first place. She would have went with the original plan. Which now was completely out of the question with the Witch Kingdom being destroyed. " Dammit. Can't one single thing go right.." Raven slumped down as Gooblin comforted her by rubbing her back.

" No Cry. Gooblin help you" Gooblin was going to stick by Ravens side. He didn't like to see her upset. He knew that they were so far behind where they had started but he wouldn't give up hope. He believed in Raven. " You do this. You have it " Gooblin reassured her though she wasn't so sure. If they didn't figure out a way to make things right, Kara and Gabriel wouldn't have an Underworld to return too. "

" If...Kara..made a wish to bring Gabriel back..and Gwen...what was her price? "
