Strange Looking Animals

While Zhi Lao was sleeping, strange looking animals were surrounding her, they were all looked like they wanted to go near her but it seems like something is stopping them.

Xi Lie looked at them lazily with his half-closed eyes. "All of you wait for a while, she'll wake up later."

The strange looking animals nodded like they understand what he said and strated backing up, away from the large dog like creature and the girl.

Zhi Lao's eyelashes suddenly trembled as she opened her eyes. She looked at the sky while regaining her vision and noticed that it had turned dark.

She looked at her side and wondered where in the world is that big dog called ,Xi Lie, is while standing up.

Zhi Lao was shocked but she regain her calm, as she looked in front of her, she saw many strange looking animals staring at her and she felt goosebumps as she is not used on being stared at.

"Xi Lie!" Zhi Lao shouted because he was not beside her when she woke up.

"What is it, lass?" a lazy voice was heard behind her back.

Zhi Lao suddenly whipped her body to where the voice she heard was and immediately run towards it as she was afraid that he will leave alone here even if she knew that nothing can hurt her here.

"What are you running about?" Xi Lie asked the girl, who suddenly hugged him.

"I thought that you you left me here." she said.

"Leave you? I was just catching up on what happened here while I was away, looking for you."

"Catching up whit whom?"

" Them."
