Chapter 39: Iris's Coming of Age Ceremony (Part 2)

After Albert's announcement the party officially begins. Albert sits on his throne, Elisabeth sites on the right side of him, while Iris sits on the left.

For dance to began, Albert have to dance with Iris but Elisa told everyone to put their masks which she had prepared, she always wanted her daughters party to be special so she decide to make it masquerade.

Albert and Iris made their way to the center of the hall, the smooth background music instantly started. Iris start dancing smoothly with her father, carefully moving her feets as to not step on her father. The dance ends shortly, other girls of Iris age also started dancing with their partners.

Iris again sit on her seat while Albert take Elisabeth to dance with him.

Many boys who looks to be from other Kingdoms asked Iris to dance but she politely refused them, some of them were arrogant Prince's of other Kingdom, who instantly become disappointed.

As they were Prince's, they have this confidence that if they ask anyone to do something they will never refuse them. Iris also know that its not right to reject instantly someone to dance when you were the host, she have to dance with some of them but she really don't want to.

After rejecting four Prince's straight, no one else come to disturb her. Iris start feeling suffocated sitting alone staring at other people's dancing, and her parents got into chatting with guests.

Iris called Butler Fin and said "Uncle Fin, I'm going outside in the gardan for some fresh air, please inform father and mother if they ask". Butler Fin nodes and said "as Princess says"

Iris then made her way to the gardan of crystal castle.
