Hunting

After dinner the three boys had their dinner, and went to their dominitory they chatted for a while before they fell asleep, but after a while Xander opened his eyes as he was the only one not sleeping, he used his Aura Detector skill and could see that aura's were released.

So he took his medium tier space crystal, and went towards the window and he could see a tree branch sticking to the window and after he opened the window to see the tree branch and he was happy that, luck worked for him as be would be able to hunt crystals and then grow stronger.

He climbed the tree branch and scaled the fence to see an endless forest, and he soon started hunting he kept searching for beast but then he finally found one it was a gorilla but this one had its entire wrist coated with claws, and it didn't seem to have any fingers or a palm, while the bottom half looked like a normal gorillas foot. But what made Xander shiver a little was that it was as tall as a horse.

Now this was the kind of thing he need a new skill, if it was another smoke skill he could already guess that it would be powerful since the other two were useful.

And if it was another one of his natural skills well, there was no loss in that, he took out his katana from the midum tier space crystal.

He charged for and created a shield with his smoke but he didn't hold it rather if kept following him, he slashed the beast neck the part of every beast that he usually aimed for.

But the beast easily blocked it, the beast slashed Xander with its claw and it seemed like a time to put the shield to good use, and with confidence he put the shield in front of him expecting the attack to be blocked by the shield, but as soon as it hit the shield it instantly desitegrated and Xander had a confused expression on his face but that face soon changed to pain as he was hit in the ribs badly with the beast attack, He soon flew and crashed into a tree.

Now Xander was starting to realise it the only reason the system seemed to give him such challenge was because the beast in front of him had a huge amount of strength.

He cursed under his breath as he stood up feeling a bit dizzy from the attack, he then stood up and went on the defesive side rather than the offensive side.

He cautiously walked towards the beast and waited patiently until it threw our a strike, but he twisted the beast hand and stabbed the beast in its chest, and since the beast obviously wasn't thinking straight due to amount of pain it had received.

Xander kept pushing the sword in a horizontal position, bug as the beast regained its sences. It slashed Xander's chest and giving him a taste of his own medicine.

'Damn this over grown ape', he cursed before he brought out his steel claws, he ran forward and this time he wasn't going to care if he got hurt, he was just going to destroy the beast.

He charged in a struck the beast's left arm, making sure to twist it and as he did it more blood flowed out, he expanded the blades of the steel claws and then twisted the arm by doing a back hand flip making the beast move back a little, and it was about to punch the human that was hurting it Xander did a front flip and made sure to expand his legs in mid air to stop the beasts hand.

In a way it was like what kelvin did when he was having that spear with Alvin, but what Xander did was even cooler.

Now the beasts arm was in pices, he had damaged the arm and broke it making it hard for the beast to move therefore decreasing its strength.

The beast somehow managed to push through the pain and with its good hand it attempted to punch Xander in his chest but Xander made a giant fist the same size as he horse and punched it and the beast flew backwards and broke three trees before it stopped.

But Xander wasn't done as the beast laid on the floor, he kicked the sword that stuck in the beasts arm and a large amount of flesh fell from the beasts body it screamed in pain and with its two legs kicked Xander upwards, and Xander was at least thirteen feet high before he came down.

but as he was coming down he held his katana firmly in place, and created a pile of smoke so that he could land safely. And with that much force applied to the weapon, as soon as it connected with the beasts neck a large explosion went off, it send a shockwave and some of the trees broke off instantly.

And as soon as he heard the song in his head he knew he had won, because there was no way the beast could survive that attack.He then proceeded to check out the system.

He has quickly sorted out his stats, as he almost ran out of stamina if not for the fact that the beast had just died, and he wanted to increase his mind stat to the next level even though he didn't know what it was there for, he did know that if would not have been put in there without a reason.

After checking his stats he decided to check out this new skill, that he has gained.

Xander cursed himself as he was a bit behind since he requried eight more points for his strength to be at that level, and eleven more for his agility to be at that level, and he could not wait to see what a video was, But for now he could only go back to his dominitory.

After climbing the tree he was back inside, and he wasn't going to be able to explain how he got soaked in blood so he changed his outfits and slept off.
