A guy who gets to reincarnate in MHA with Phoenix as his quirk. I just wrote this for my own pleasure so if there is any plot holes or something that ticks you off then leave a comment. Also I tried my best with correcting English so don't mind if it's bad.
[ 4 years later ] [ Martial Club ]
I joined a Martial arts class a year ago since I was getting pretty good at all controls and use of my quirk. I had set many goals these past 3 years, some being Logia control, temperature control, versatile use and soon.
Right now I can spread my flames around 30-40 meters unidirectional and five times in a single direction. For the last year I have been combining my OH with my quirk to burn what I want to burn.
The thing about my quirk is that it burns my skin when I go higher than what I should. It's the same effect as Toya as his flames hurt him too. But because we constantly heal and repeat the process the burn has been less and less apparent and my flames can reach 6,000 degrees for both plus and minus. but I have hit a wall since the way I get past that is still harder to overcome and will take some years to reach 8000 before UA.
Toya is still behind me because his healings are much slower than mine but he is out of his emo mood and sees me as a rival rather than a wall.
I was beginning to get worried for him since the last thing I want is another john in my life.
So the reason I joined this club is because of the blind monk that has a quirk similar to my OH. I am sure that it's not the same or the original OH since I asked him how it works and everything.
We trained for a year and now I have a very high control over my flames, so much that I can reach 9000 degrees without burning more than what I need to burn. It's still dangerous as the heat can travel far and wide and I have recently burned half of my face when I was in passive mode.
I am getting there slowly but surely.
So today, Shoto is also joining us. The only sad thing about these 3 years is that my cute little brother has grown distant with me. I know he is a Tsundere but still.
He used to be so cute but now he sees me as a rival and what not. He has also made some friends that he hangs out with more than me. I think the school idea was a bad idea on my part. But I can't go back in time now can I. Haah, the pain of being an older brother.
Anyways, today we have a match between him and one of our older students, why older? Because everyone just sucks compared to us few.
So now an older boy walked up the stage where our Martial matches are held. One thing about this club is that we don't get to use our quirks so its only martial arts and your body.
Shoto also walked up with his usually emo look and he didn't even bow to his opponent. I know my brother has a chuunibyou complex and I usually use it to make fun of him.
I can see that the older boy, whose name should be Roy or something, is starting to get angry. It's understandable. I would too, for this disrespect from my emo brother.
"I'll pay you back for this humiliation" the boy said and Shoto being Shoto just 'Hmph'ed him. Oh boy, I hope the boy is weaker than Shoto.
They started their fight with Shoto on defense and Roy on offence. They were evenly matched but Shoto slowly started to outsmart his opponent by going for places he landed his hits previously.
The fight went on for 4-5 minutes with Roy having a red tomato face and Shoto is sweating a lot with no injury. Afterall he is the younger one out of the two so it was bound to happen.
I was sure that Shoto would win since his opponent was losing control of his emotions so it started to create more and more openings for Shoto to exploit.
But what I didn't think was that Roy used his quirk. And not just use it but to do it point blank on Shoto's face.
Shoto was not ready for that so he took what seemed like a blue energy blast on his face and this Roy fella didn't plan on stopping. He gathered almost 6 times more energy on his fist and yelled at Shoto, "You think you are so great huh you little punk, let's see if you come out alive with this."
As soon as he said that something clicked in me. I used my quirk to create a wall between him and Shoto, but something told me that it was not enough and surely, that piece of shit threw the energy blast on Shoto.
It was weaker than when it was on his hand but more powerful than the first point blank.
I ran towards Shoto but I was too late, they blast hit him on his upper left side of his face.
The last thing I remembered after that was the Roy boy's mouth forming and losing his consciousness with similar things happening to everyone around the club.
Before I lost my own consciousness I felt someone hitting the back of my neck and saying, "Sleep for now."

[2 days later] [3rd POV]
In a hospital room, Ao opened his eyes. He looked around trying to remember what happened.
He saw all the hospital equipment and realized where he was. Slowly the memories of what happened to Shoto resurfaced in his mind and his anger started to flare up. The equipment around him either froze or melted at visible rate and objects further away from him started to vibrate.
His emotions were not in his own control and his quirk was going out of control. Out of nowhere the fire extinguisher attached to the room ceiling went off due to the heat he was radiating. But it didn't do anything as Ao flames were not just normal flames.
People came inside after a few seconds but they couldn't even take a step further. Only one man walked in like the heat couldn't bother him.
Endeavor walked towards Ao and put his hands on Ao's shoulder. Some ice could be seen on his hands. "Calm down Ao. Control your quirk before something bad happens."
Ao hearing his father calmed down. He looked at Endeavor and asked, "Where is Shoto? Is he fine?"
"Yes, he's fine. He just suffered from a slight burn due to that energy blast."
"What about that boy?" Endeavor could hear killing intent on his son's voice. He was honestly surprised. How could a 12 years old boy have such if not any killing intent?
He chose his words carefully and said, "I have already taken care of him. He is sent to Quirk Correction Facility on attempted murder and misuse of quirk by minor. Shoto was worried about you so he won't be happy seeing you like this."
"Let's go, with your quirk's healing, I'm sure you are fine by now if you have the strength to flare up like this." Endeavor said with a smirk at the end.
Hearing that Shoto was fine and the boy was punished, though not up to his wish, Ao got up and walked behind his father. He did apologize to the doctors and nurses for any bad effect his quirk had on them and they would pay for all the damage done.
Reaching Shoto's room he saw his mother and sister with Shoto. They were talking and looked like they didn't know that he woke up. Makes sense since his father was there for a matter of seconds and he looked like he was just outside his room when he came in.
When he came in he got everyone's attention and like a bear attacking, his mother jumped on him. "Oh my child, how are you feeling? Are you fine? I was so worried for the last 2 days."
Ao talked to them and assured them that he was fine. Shoto kept apologizing for what happened but got hugged by Ao.
The family had a warm smile and they talked for an hour or so, even the ever grumpy Endeavor was participating and being a responsible father.
Being near Akiho and having Ao as his successor made his obsession with Number 1 calmed down. For him, it was just a matter of time before Ao took that position from All Might.
Amongst all this no one saw a strange light pass through Shoto's eyes while looking at Ao, which in future made him the ever emo that wanted to be the best like we know, just with his flames this time.
--
After all that episode ended, Ao went back to his training, this time he wanted to check something out that he picked up just before he passed out.
He knew what it was the moment he remembered. This Conqueror's Haki aka CH for short was unlocked because of his intense emotion of protecting Shoto, as well as his anger towards the boy that hurt his little brother.
Unlike other powers he had from that man, CH was not one that he could control. It was more like how hulk's power from MCU worked. The more anger, and pride too in his case, the more powerful CH he could use.
He was very keen on using this power since he wouldn't even need to use his quirk to fight with it. Now he just had to learn where his control lies.
--
Akiho and Ao talked about his CH. He told her that it was similar to his OH that they talked about just evolved. Akiho was skeptical since some of these attributes didn't match with each other or his quirk. But she didn't bother with it too much as the user usually understands their quirk more than others. Plus the recent checkup also didn't show any other abnormality with his quirk so she didn't have much choice but to believe it.
After some time discussion they finally formulated a practice routine.
Basically, Ao would go around fighting with school gangs. Yeah, the master plan was to not lose and in it Ao was to try and use his CH. For their defense, they didn't know how to activate his quirk. They did a series of tests and when Ao and Toya were fighting - Melee - with Ao losing, he unknowingly activated again.
Akiho concluded that it was his desire to not lose or simply pride that would unlock his CH. After thinking about it, it made sense since the original CH also had the same characteristics, being above others.
So for three more years, Ao, sometimes with Shoto and Toya, went around and fought with people without using their quirk. Ao also locked his healing to minimum and matched his brothers'. They wore hoodies and facemasks to avoid people from realizing who they were. They challenged and won most of them except with those that had strength quirk.
Some were hard to win while some were impossible to win. They almost never used their quirk and slowly Ao was able to control his CH.
Those that they lost and went for a second round, Ao was able to use his CH most of the time. They even made friends with these gangs and gained nicknames like, The Ice for Shoto because he used his ice in few of his fights against dangerous situations, more like defense than offense. He also used it in offense in some situations and most of them were when he went alone to fight like Ao did sometimes.
For Toya, he was named 'The Maniac' since his fighting style was pure crazy, not in a maniac way but rather because he didn't have a fighting style. He used anything and everything in the fight.
As for Shoto, 'The Supreme'. Initially his name was 'The Boss' but later when his control over CH went high, he ended most fights just by standing there. He was like a god in front of whom no one could stand.
