Chapter 4 Some people

A few days later

Alex has been wondering around the forest and couldn't find an end. He encountered the orc tribe which chased him for over 2 days and was lost again, finding himself in an unknown location. But with the dire wolf that he tamed he was able to leave that part of the forest. Being able to understand Alex, It removed him from the darker parts of the forest toward another location which was much safer.

Cooking rabbits he thought "How can cute rabbits be so strong and scary." he thought remembering the speed they shown. He eat the rabbit and thrown another rabbit to the wolf beside him. Over the days the wolf soon recovered and it's level return to normal.

'It's still not that effective against higher levels.' He thought. 'Should I tame higher level beasts then.', after sometime of considering this option he stored it at the back of his mind.

[Infant soul- Initial stage]

He wasn't able to focus on cultivation because of the dangers that kept coming his way. Frowning greatly remembering the orc he promised "Am going to come for your tribe and burn it to the ground." he laughed a little confusing the wolf beside him.

"Anyway do you know a way out of this forest." the wolf nodded slightly which lighted Alex's heart. "Finish eating and let's go." His smile was still visible but in his range of soul senses he felt few soul clashing with each other. 'Seems like some monster are fighting. Let's take some monster cores to go.'

A group of humans where surrounded by bandits,. "It seems they choose to have a painful death."

The 4 people surrounded had gloomy expression, with 3 females and a single male, with cuts and injuries all over his body. A blonde hair along side with his golden eyes that shown with a brilliant light. They stared at their once teammates bodies on the  ground undoubtedly dead. " Don't kill the girls." said the leader of the bandits with a grin.

Understanding his own situation he knew that they wasn't anyway of escaping without losing a lim or two but leaving the girls wasn't an option either. The blonde hair young man holding a sword stared at them protecting the two mages behind him with complex emotions. "littles girls it better to just give up.", One of the bandits rushed and others reacted the same way.

Fear, doubt and regret rose inside their hearts which clearly shown on their faces, but before their own eyes the four that attacked just fell on the ground. Their eyes became lifeless and their bodies just fell on the ground. There wasn't any blood or sound just silence with everyone confused but suddenly an unrelenting pressure pressed down on them.

The bandits where much more affected than the four, with the remaining 5 Bandits unable to breathe or move on the ground with the leader unable to resist along side them. Glancing to where the pressure is coming from the visage of a handsome young man with white hair and ocean starry blue eyes enter their view with a dire wolf walking beside him.

After finishing those words, he coughed a mouthful of blood after one of the illusory spear hit him, out of soul energy the pressure disappeared and Alex said "I seriously don't know what your saying." he singled for the dire wolf to attack and without any resistants' those remaining 5 bandits started being kill one by one.

'Fuck, shit.' he thought seeing the bloodier scene. Ignoring that, his attention went to the small group of people and wondered how he could speak with them without knowing the language. Seeing the notification before him he was truly shock and he thought he was an idiot for a second. "Fuck me."

In simple terms Alex can speak their language as long it is recorded in the [Language of the world] a innate skill he got but he just never notice or even tried to understand what was spoken by others. Feeling like a idiot he used the language of the world skill and he could understand what their were talking about.

'Next time clearly analyzed the skills.' he thought and sighed. The wolf with it's crimson red eyes came back to his side with blood covering it's body. "You need a shower." the wolf seem to agree with him.

The bandits weren't that strong for Ava not to solve it alone so Alex didn't worry much. He already had weaken the leader and the other bandits had lost hope so it wasn't difficult for her to finish the fight. Putting his attention on the other party that stared at him with worried expressions, Coughing a little bit he said "Are you guys okay." he spoken a foreign language.

Their guard didn't drop and the man with blonde hair, Devilish handsome face with a muscular build stood forward wearing leather armor. "Thank you for saving us but if you don't mind my rudeness. Who are you." Their fear was clearly directed at the dire wolf beside him.

He showed a smile and said "Don't worry about her she won't bite. Isn't that right Ava." Ava just stared at him and growled. She was basically asking to eat the humans she killed "Later.", he whispered with a frustrated expression.

"Thank you." the three girls behind him came in front and bowed their heads.

"It's nothing but if you don't mind can you show me to the closest town or city." his question showed a confused expression on the 4 before him. Ava kept asking Alex to eat the human which annoyed him so he didn't saw their expressions.

"I don't want you to scare them." Even if Alex couldn't directly understand what she was saying. But her feeling and her eyes clearly showed what she felt as she showed a disappointed expression of wasting food. Sighing he said "haaa, sorry later okay."
