CHAPTER 5 - IN HIS LIFE FOREVER.

JULIAN'S POV.

After our little stunt in the library we both had to change and take a shower. After that he showed me around the estate. It was huge and all of it was his. There were a few questions I wanted to ask him but I didn't know if they were too personal.

"Hey Colin can I ask you a question?" I shuffled closer to him as we walked around in the forest.

"Sure Julian anything."

"If this whole estate belongs to you, who owned it before you did? I mean you don't just become the owner overnight right?"

"My father. Tyson Bradshaw. Leader of Bradshaw pack. He left us when I was born but I never knew the real reason he left. My mother just calls him a traitor and doesn't talk about him much. Then again why would she? He abandon us." I could feel the pain and anguish in his words with every statement about his father that he said.

I felt so bad for bringing it up now.

"Sorry." I said in a low tone.

"It's alright Julian. I know you ment well."

"Would you ever like to meet him? Your father that is." I asked as we walked back to the house.

"Actually, yes I would. I never really got the chance to meet him when I was little. So yes, I would love to meet him one day." He answered staring blankly into space.

At least he wanted to meet his father. I would give anything to meet my father but sadly he would just end up cussing me out or trying to kill me because he would think I was after his money. Even though he hurt my mother he was still related to me and I couldn't do anything about it.

"Jules, would you also like to meet your father one day?" His question was so sudden that it caught me by surprise.

"Let's not talk about that right now Colin." I pushed away the topic because he knew what kind of relationship me and my dad had.

Complicationships right?

We went back to the house and found Catherine preparing dinner. Diana was also helping too even though she was a bit tiny.

"Jules, I'm going to go take a shower. Help out in the kitchen if you want to. I'll be back in a few minutes okay?" He kissed my forehead and walked towards the bathroom.

I took an aron and got busy with whatever Catherine wanted. She was a natural in the kitchen and this made me wonder why she wasn't married yet. She was older than me by some years and on top of that she was also beautiful.

"It smells wonderful Catherine. You're a natural in the kitchen." I complimented her cooking because hey, it was really good.

"Thank you Julian. I hope it's okay that I call you that. Is it okay?" She asked in a low voice.

"It is. Call me Jules. Your my mate's sister so you can call me by any name you feel comfortable." I told her with a big smile on my face. I wanted her to feel like she wasn't walking on eggshells around me.

"Its just that Colin would be mad if I didn't ask your permission first." She looked down and she wouldn't look at me anymore. Just what the hell had he been telling everyone in this house?

"Catherine you can look at me. Excuse what my mate said. Don't listen to him. He won't do anything as long as I'm here. Just do what makes you comfortable." I lifted up her chin to face me and hopefully her spirits. I didn't want her to be scared around me.

Catherine was the shy type and the type to follow orders too. She always does what she's told and she doesn't go back on her word. She doesn't seem social probably because she was the shy type. She didn't indulge in much conversation and the fact that she had a daughter fascinated me even though she wasn't married.

"She's my biological daughter." Catherine suddenly said out of nowhere.

"You were thinking if Diana was my real daughter because I wasn't married right?"

"How did you-"

"I can read minds. One of my witch traits. Sorry if it seemed like I was invading your privacy."

"It's alright. What else can you read from my mind?" I asked out of plain old curiosity.

"Your wondering why am not married?" That was kind of shocking. She was truly magnificent.

"I was married but my mother didn't approve so she made us break it off...I was already pregnant at that time so she let me keep my wonderful bundle of joy."

"I'm so sorry to hear that Catherine. I'm sorry I even thought of it."

"It's quite alright. But your also always constantly worried about Colin right?" Just like reading my mind.

"Yes. I'm allowed to worry am I not?"

"Yes you are as his mate but you don't have to worry. Colin is a grown man and he can take care of himself. He can take care of both his family and you. Don't stress yourself out. As long as he's by your side you will be in his life forever."

"Of course I'll be in his life forever. He's the love of my life and I'm not planning to let his go."
