Feeling this sensation wriggle through his arms and his spine, Aeric looked up to see who it was.
His eyes instantly locked with a pair of the most vibrant, beautiful eyes he had ever seen. The girl had blonde hair that stopped a little below her neck, twisting into beautiful curls at the end.
Her face was dainty and fair, there was redness in her cheeks, her eyelids were long and her pupils shone with the color of aquamarine.
She appeared nervous when Aeric looked at her, and so she smiled shyly, hiding her face. "Sorry," she said, pulling her hand away.
Aeric shook his head, snapping away from the trance. "No. No, it's okay," he muttered, helping her gather the rest of her books. Hells, he couldn't stop staring at her.
There was something about her face, like she was an angel. It was a kindness, an innocence? There was this natural prettiness and this sweetness that seemed to resonate from her.
She looked like someone who would never argue with anyone, someone who was kind and caring, someone.... Someone he never expected to meet in such a place.
That was it! She seemed like a breath of fresh air. Honest and kind.
And upon that, he could stress just how beautiful she was. He was so stuck up on her face that he barely noticed how her breasts stretched the turtleneck gown she was wearing, and how blessed she was as well in her back region.
"I... I just..." Aeric found himself stuttering. "I'm sorry."
She flashed him a smile. "It's fine."
He stared at her some more, thinking of what to say. 'Who is she? Looking at her blonde hair, I'll say she's from Dawn Region.'
The system answered and he was correct.

'Dawn Region,' he remarked in his thoughts. 'I'm not surprised.'
Celestia lifted her brow as she looked at him curiously. "Are you okay?" she asked.
"Me?" he widened his eyes. "Oh yes, I am. Sorry, I was just lost there for a moment."
She giggled. "I noticed."
Aeric gave her one good look one more time and exhaled. "Your name is Celestia, Celestia of Dawn."
"Oh," she smiled, humored by the statement. "I already know that, and your name is Aeric. Aeric of Starlight."
For the first time that day, Aeric had a genuine smile on his face. "I know that too."
Celestia responded to his smile with an even wider one. Gosh, she looked so beautiful. Was this how it felt to fall in love?
Wait, fall in love? Was that what was happening? Was he falling in love? At first sight? Was that even possible?
"Do you also know that I was sitting beside you throughout the entire lecture?" Celestia said, biting her lip after.
Aeric instantly frowned. "What? You were?"
"Yeah," she nodded.
'What? I barely even noticed. I guess I was so focused on learning about cultivation, and I was so angry at Melina and Aryanne that I couldn't even care about anything else.'
How could he not have noticed an angel right beside him?
"I'm really sorry, I didn't know," Aeric found himself apologizing.
Celestia smiled nervously. "It's okay," she said. "You were obviously busy with the lecture and Melina was being mean to you and all. It's completely understandable that your mind was too focused on... them."
Aeric stared deep into her beautiful eyes. "Well, now I promise that it's completely focused on you."
She laughed, playfully hitting him on his chest.
Aeric watched her. 'So many curves on her body and the curve I love the most is her smile.'
A few distance from them, Melina was watching the two with a look of disdain in her face. Her eyebrows were furrowed in envy, and her arms folded beneath her breasts.
Aryanne and two other Daughters were talking with her, but all she cared about was Aeric and the fact that he seemed to be having a fun time laughing and speaking to Celestia, the goody two shoes of the Daughters.
Not able to stand it anymore, she walked away from her clique and stomped to where Aeric and Celestia were talking. Her plan was to hit Aeric with her shoulder, nudging him hard and also using a burst of Divinity to push him off balance.
Aryanne and the two other Daughters watched her with mischievous anticipation, knowing she was on her way to stir some drama.
But Melina had no idea that the Divinity stored inside Aeric was hundred times more than the amount presently inside her. The moment she hit him with her shoulder, pushing out a surge of Divinity to strike him, it felt like hitting a brick wall, except this brick wall turned her own attack against her.
Melina struck his shoulder with hers but he stood untouched, and instead a surge of energy pushed her backwards and she fell hard on the ground.
'Huh? What's happening?' Aeric finally broke his gaze with Celestia and looked at the floor. There, with a shocked look on his face, he saw Melina lying on the floor like she had been pushed violently.
The tiny sleeve of her gown had loosened and a large amount of breast was exposed. Melina herself looked quite shocked, like the most unfathomable thing had just happened.
"Why the hell are you on the floor?" Aeric asked her.
Raising his chin, he saw Aryanne and two other Daughters who looked strikingly identical march towards him.
"What was the meaning of that?" she demanded.
Gaping at her, Aeric frowned. "What was the meaning of what?"
"You pushed her!"
"What?" He glared at her like she was crazy. "I didn't push anybody."
"Yes you did!" Aryanne accused. "I saw you, and so did Nyx and Nyssa."
The Daughters helped Melina get up to her feet while Aeric stared at them with disbelief. "You girls are crazy. Utterly insane."
"Stop lying you delinquent piece of shit," Aryanne snarled. "I always knew you were here to cause trouble."
"Really?" Aeric raised a brow at her. "And my way of doing that is by pushing your dumb sister to the floor?"
"How dare you!" Aryanne's eyes suddenly turned silver with a threat. "Don't you speak of my sister like that ever again."
"Or what? Are you going to try to have me murdered like your mother did?!"
Gasps echoed from the onlookers after that.
Celestia, who wasn't one to resort to violence, tried to settle things as fast as she could. "Arya, Aeric didn't push Melina. She walked right into him and then suddenly she fell."
"Stay out of this, Celestia." Aryanne eyed her. "If you know what's good for you. This has nothing to do with you."
Aeric looked at Celestia and he could see the anger creeping into her heavenly face. "Actually, I do know what's good for me. And this does have something to do with me because I was a witness. Aeric didn't push Melina, he was talking to me, he didn't even notice her till she was on the floor."
Aeric felt his heart smile. She was already standing up for him, even though Aryanne had a higher Rank than she did.
Aryanne's eyes showed pure anger as she stood still, looking at Aeric and then Celestia. "Melina?" she spoke to her younger sister.
"Yes?" Melina replied, still flustered.
"Did Aeric push you?"
Melina refused to even look at him when she responded, "Yes."
"You're a crazed liar," Aeric growled.
"That is enough!" Mrs. Cresttla demanded. "I've waited long enough for you all to finish with your madness and leave. This is a place of Divinity, your childish quarrels are an insult on this ground. Get out. Now!"
They continued to glare at each other for a while, then slowly began to disperse.
"We're going to settle this, Classless," Aryanne whispered to him maliciously. "Game Arena. Heart Hunt."
Aeric watched her leave with her minions. Then he turned to Celestia and asked, "What the hell is Heart Hunt?"
