Chapter 184 - Infinity Castle Restaurant

---Two months later---- 

Infinity Castle,

 At the end of the year, Infinity Castle Restaurant finally opened its doors to the people as its branches or entrances all over the Human World opened at the same time. At first, people were quite hesitant to eat since it was still a no-name restaurant, however, the temptation of free food during the opening still won them over, and decided to take a look. 

Meanwhile, as customers continued pouring inside the Infinity Castle, Lev's clones who were assigned to the kitchen were also cooking non-stop. The Minions, on the other hand, though busy, their workload was still manageable because Nakime would only teleport them immediately to the rooms the customers were in. It was also the same with the kitchen personnel assigned to clean the plates and such. 

On the other hand, Lev could be seen sitting on one of the platforms inside the Infinity Castle overviewing the situation of the place together with Ichiryu and Mansam as they are looking at how the rooms, platforms, and doors continuously move inside. 

"This place is amazing. How did you even manage to build and operate this place?" Ichiryu asked as he put food in his mouth. It has already been almost a year since the two of them see each other. He had only built what Lev asked but he never once thought that it would look like this after its opening. 

"By the way, this is Mansam. The person you beat down months ago. Num. Num..Num.." Ichiryu followed while still stuffing food in his mouth. He already talked to Mansam about Lev's situation after he woke up and also got some information from him since he was the person who fought Lev personally. 

"I'm Lev. I'm sorry about what happened eleven months ago. I kind of lost myself in fighting against you back there." Lev looked at Mansam and apologized. Since it was his selfish desire to fight him several months ago, it was only natural to apologize as he never once visited him and asked how he was doing. 

"W-Well. Hahahaha. It was also my bad." Mansam awkwardly replied as he looked at Lev. He really doesn't know what to feel and act after seeing the person who beat him up now eating together with him at one table. He was angry but at the same time scared upon thinking what happened to him the last time. 

"This place. It's one of my companions' abilities. This place also had another use as it was capable of teleporting you out to any branches that I asked you to build for. Of course, that would be free of service when an individual ordered something amounted to its equivalent value." Lev replied with a smile as he looked at the people below whose eyes were brimming with light while looking around the place. By making the restaurant a sort of transportation medium, he was confident that he could attract more customers with it. 

"Ohhh. So, that's why you asked for such a thing." Ichiryu replied as he put down the bowl on the table and looked at Lev with amazement. Aside from his ambiguous strength, his great planning and business acumen were so deep that he could think about this all. 

"I have been telling you to ask. I can see people from the slums here, especially the kids. I'm quite moved by your generosity, but, what are you planning to do once this free food ends?" Ichiryu then turned to serious and asked since those people would probably expect more and that would become problematic. He was not discriminating against those who weren't part of IGO as they were also humans like them, and they were giving them food every Christmas as a tradition. 

"Mmm. I have been planning to hire and train them and let them work for me. I already recruited a thousand of them and was now under the supervision of one of my other companions. As I am confident that my restaurant will continue to flourish, I will need more manpower and to solve that, I need people that would work for me, and they were fit for this role." Lev replied with a plan in mind. His one hundred and ninety Minions would not be enough when that time comes and so he wanted to start preparing for the bigger picture. 

"That's a lot of tax for you to know." Ichiryu commented that once these people start working in Lev, they will have to pay the equivalent taxes to be part of IGO and this responsibility would be put under Lev. Their relationship was only limited to give and take, hence, this kind of thing was Lev's problem and not his. 

"That's what you call 'investment'." Lev smiled. He knew about the taxes imposed by the IGO however, he was not thinking about the present expenses but was looking forward to the future income of the restaurant. 

"Hahahaha. That's right." Ichiryu laughed out loud at Lev's response. He understood what he was talking about and was not worried about it. He has now seen how kind yet keen Lev was seeing the plans he had in mind, and he was looking forward to it though he was very curious just what and who these companions he was telling them. 

Following that, Lev together with Ichiryu and Mansam then enjoyed the food on the table as they kept on talking from time to time. The customers inside Infinity Castle also reached an unimaginable number as they kept on pouring inside like bees after the news had reached the ears of every person.

---Night--- 

Vegetable Sky,

 At exactly 10 pm in the evening, Infinity Castle Restaurant closed its doors to the people and successfully implemented its grand opening. From the customers' feedback, Infinity Castle Restaurant and the appearance of Minions that pierced the hearts of the masses were all over the news. Such a great advertisement was something Lev was hoping for, and it was solved immediately upon its opening. 

Following the closing of Infinity Castle Restaurant, Lev recruited around 1,000 kids and 500 adults from the people in the slums today. They were now being taken care of by Sebas and would start their training tomorrow immediately. Though the number was small compared to their whole population, Lev only chose those who were healthy this time and let the others start eating nutritious food coming from Alpha Infinity World. 

Lev was planning on recruiting more in the future since there was not only the matter of the restaurant but also the other business that he had in mind. He also needs quite a lot of manpower for some other things like the security personnel, people who will assigned to buy things, to clean the place, and the like. 

Following the success of the opening, Lev's stock ingredients also depleted quite a lot especially those that came from the Gourmet World. However, he was not worried about it since the advertisement was a success, it would be only a matter of time before they would start gaining income. Also, Sia and Megatron were on their own roaming around the Gourmet World looking for ingredients and only heading back once a month since they had been ordered and given a storage ring by him. 

"Tomorrow's the real deal. I'd better rest for today and see what tomorrow would give me." Lev smiled with satisfaction before he took a rest for the night. He was not inside his room as he was outside his house lying in the smooth fur of Ulmer as they quite like the peaceful night in the Vegetable Sky.

---The next day--- 

After a night's rest, Lev then faced the sun with excitement before he entered Infinity Castle. Today is the day when his restaurant would finally produce income. All the dishes ranging from hors d'oeuvre, meat, soups, desserts, drinks, fish, and salads would be priced equivalent to the value of the ingredient being used since these things need to be considered in making a profit. 

Following Lev's entrance into a spacious hall in the Infinity Castle, all of his summons and kitchen personnel bowed down and greeted him with respect. Lev smiled seeing this before walking in front of them and greeting them in return. 

"Now, let's open the restaurant and serve the people with great delicacies." Lev declared. After that, all of his masked clones stationed in every branch in the Human World immediately entertain the customers awaiting their opening. 

With that, all kinds of people, either wealthy, poor, famous, reporters, government officials, Bishokuyas, and even chefs from other restaurants entered Infinity Castle Restaurant seeking to taste its delicious dishes. 

Among the people inside, the most surprising was the entrance of the IGO's seven Taste Masters known as the 'Gourmet Seven'. They were the people who took part in important decisions of the Gourmet Age, such as assigning the number of stars to hotels and restaurants, and the rank of chefs and it was always an honor for a restaurant to be visited by them. 

All these things have been monitored by Lev, Nakime, and Angel which only makes him feel more excited from the fact that it would only benefit him since after this day, his restaurant would probably rise in ranks with the help of these seven important people. 

With that, Lev's first step of domination finally moves forward. He then just ordered Nakime to teleport him to the room where the Gourmet Seven had been staying as he wanted to entertain them himself for the duration of their stay inside the Infinity Castle.

---Five years later--- 

Time passed by and the current events in the Human World had turned for the better. Lev's Infinity Caste Restaurant was a huge success and in just a span of five years, it finally became one of the 10-star restaurants in the whole Human World. 

In fact, among the 10-star restaurants, Lev's Infinity Castle Restaurant surpassed them in popularity for several reasons. One of them was the otherworldly taste of their dishes. Second, is the convenience of finding the place. Third, is the not-so-expensive dishes. Lastly, was its ability to teleport from another place. 

In just five years, Lev slowly but surely gained capital to move forward with his next business as Infinity Castle Restaurant could now produce at least 10,000,000,000 yen per day. However, as Lev's popularity increased a lot, their reputation was not just heard by ordinary people as several organizations had also taken notice of him and his restaurant as Lev met some of their core members once in a while in the past years. 

Meanwhile, trouble never once happened during these years as Lev's clones were working hard not to allow any disruption to happen inside the Infinity Castle. In addition, the personnel that Lev recruited already passed the 5,000 marks as batches of workers have been continuously trained by Sebas. Some of them were assigned to the "World Kitchen" with their only responsibility to buy ingredients to be used in the restaurant while some were prepared for other purposes. 

Meanwhile, as all of this was happening, Lev, himself was in the southern continent of the Human World seeing him swinging Zabimaru Infinities while fighting a humongous beast standing at over 85 meters in length and easily around the size of a tall building known as the Watchdog of Hell called "Tundra Dragon." 

The location where Lev was right now was a place called 'Ice Hell', a place that had extraordinarily cold weather. A place that is filled with raging winds and ferocious beasts of notable strength. Lev's purpose for coming to this place, however, was none other than to see the Gourmet Show Window and the frozen Hellboros, the natural key ingredients of making the Legendary Century Soup. 

Looking closely at how Lev fought against the Tundra Dragon, the swordsmanship style that he was using was quite peculiar seeing his sword sometimes appear and move like fire and lightning from time to time. However, despite fighting the Tundra Dragon, Lev actually did not intend to kill it as he could be seen using his newly obtained skill 'Knocking' five years ago. 

Not before long, Lev then put out his two swords on his back as he moved forward leaving behind the knocked Tundra Dragon. After that, he just breathes coldly as he moves forward toward his destination.

Ice Mountain, 

Reaching the place where the Gourmet Show Window is located, Lev casually walked inside. With the help of the system and the map that he bought, the geography of the place was already an easy task as he was now walking on the path forward to the very center of the mountain. 

Walking for a while, Lev finally reached a place where he saw the tip of the frozen pillar of ice piercing through the ceiling. Lev looked at it casually before taking out Zabimaru Infinities on his hands once more and positioned himself right below the pillar of ice. 

"I would like to say sorry for this Century Soup as I plan on hasting your melting process but in return, I will recreate you through my cooking." Lev said as he looked at the pillar of ice before he suddenly started dancing the step of his Universal Breathing with both swords. 

Since Century Soup would cease to exist later on, Lev has already planned to hasten its process to drink its natural taste and then use his cooking ability to replicate it just like how Komatsu did in the story. Doing so would greatly increase his reputation making his ranking in the Chefs' circle rise. 

Following that, Lev then spends his time in Ice Hell alone once again. He could not pinpoint the exact day he would stay here since the melting process would probably take time. He did not want to make any mistakes, so he planned on making sure that everything would go smoothly.
