the Number Five volume forty one

Seeing his reaction like that was exactly what I'd expect from this weapons reveal. the seconds of my silence felt like hours, sweat rolling down my arms. what I'm holding onto could start a war in this room," yeah it is!". I'm scared now of what Jim is going to do having this knowledge at his disposal, will he rat me out to the others in this room. he placed his sword on the table, " can I please see the weapons?, I know you don't know much of me. I've seen those weapons only once in my life, so please let me see them". there is no point in having any secrets from Jim, seeing how I have to trust him in these harsh environments. slowly placing the weapons back on the table, his eyes light it up on gazing at the weapons. " I haven't seen those weapons in twelve years, he shouldn't have gone out the way he did", so he was there when Adamsin died. so in his eyes Adamsin was a hero, does he know the full story of him. or was he filled with lies of the leaders of the kingdoms. jim didn't believe in the bullshit story that he was told, how come he doesn't believe in the leaders." so how was he like before his downfall, also why don't you fear Adamsin?!", he started sweating. Eyes darting from left to right, " cause I know something else was going on with him, he wasn't a hateful person. he was hardworking, honest, passionate about his work. it didn't seem right how he ended up". someone barley older than me talking about him like it's was his best friend, that's why he is not afraid of his name. I leaned in closer to Jim " is it true about what he did before his passing!, I mean it seems to me like it's just some kind of sick Joke, there is no way that one man can destroy Kingdoms!". his response was bone chilling, " you want to watch, what Adamsin was back then". confused how come they have footage of him, aren't they scared of him. they are probably holding onto to that as a constant reminder to the people, if they act like he did they will get the same results. he left the table leaving behind his sword, I've decided to take mine knowing what can happen if anyone finds out. the lady behind the desk asked " what can I do you for Jim?", " this young man doesn't know about the mating rule around here". she reached down under her desk, a clicked could be heard. a door from upstairs banged against the wall, " you know we're to take him!". once that door banged against the wall, everyone stopped talking. started placing down their armor onto the floor, bowling during their process of unclothing. Jim was the only one who didn't partake in the act, " Jim what is this?!". " Every time that door opens they take off their armor and weapons to pay their respect to the ones who have fallen during the war of Adamsin", only if they knew the truth about the situation. they wouldn't be sowing respect to their fallen kind, the opposite for the whole who took their kind. each step leading up to the room was empty, no sound was being made in the guild. the room had a single wooden chair in the middle, with a brick wall in front of the chair. I entered the room curious about what was going to happen, to my surprise Jim followed me in. " everyone who is an Adventurer, had gone through this section. to understand what it means to be one!". while standing in the room, out from the walls a grey haired woman appeared. It didn't shock me that she could do something like this, this place does have magic. " take a seat young one", her voice was chocked up. it must be hard constantly showing a video of Adamsin's death, where he took out three fourths of the population during his rampage. seating down the chair creked, image appeared on the brick wall. showcasing Adamsin at his worst stage in his life, while the video played several mages. spine's being ripped from their skin, knights being snapped in two over his shoulders. even the children roaming around once they met Adamsin. their souls left this world, even though they had nothing to do with it. I know he didn't mean to kill all of those people, we just wanted to get revenge for his family. the video played for an hour, seeing Kingdoms turn to rubbish. the video ended with him holding the same pose as the statue, " we use to have forty nine Kingdoms, eight pont nine billion people. after the war of Adamsin, we were left with Five Kingdoms. Three hundred thousand in population, since then we have been struggling to get new people. so the last of the kingdom's leaders came together, made him out of respect the only Unranked adventurer. that's why you never see anybody trying to become an adventurer, because of the actions of Adamsin. it's been hard on everybody to try and forget about him, this was his birthplace. nobody knows where his famous weapons are located, for a good reason. those weapons share the bloods of billions of people, all because someone loved someone from a different kingdom. he was a brilliant young adventurer, because of his blessing that was bestod upon him. he flew up in ranks, I could put anyone against him, anything that could kill. he would make it submit with just a gaze, it was truly beautiful seeing millions of mages, knights, healers, warrior's, beast tamers, demon's, half breeds, anything you could think of he dismembered them all.". he was a problem, they had no solution for him." why?, how come nobody tried to comfort him?", she flipped my chair around pulling back a curtain. a field covered in gravestones " those are the ones that tried and comfort him, decapitated, hanged, guts ripped from the inside".
