That was what Gawen saw when he touched the first bread made out of his own bakery which he opened just outside the inner bailey for the common people. This is where he needed to win the hearts of common people. For his long time plans he needed the support of the people under their jurisdiction.
And what better way to win this than making good and cheap bread for people. The upgrade requirements which he saw were very cheap and people would be able to eat all different kinds of bread at a very cheap price.
A normal loaf of bread costs 3 copper coins here. His bakery which he opened under the name 'Trevor's bakery' sold all kinds of bread under 4 copper coins. Some were 3 and a half penny while breeds like french bread were of the cost 4 copper coins.
When Gawen approached his family with the new kinds of bread they almost jumped on their seats.
"How the fuck did you make this?" Robett asked his son without even caring about his words.
"That's my secret." Gawen said as he himself didn't know how to make such good bread. He could only sound very mysterious and pray his mother doesn't come after him with a stick in her hand to beat the 'bread' out of him.
"Did your mind get filled with recipes for food instead of memories?" Sybelle joked as she was too impressed with the bread that she was eating. She would love to eat this everyday and even Erena loved it who had been following him in everything like a small puppy.
"Maybe. And since I can share this with people I want to open a bakery." Gawen said.
And so he did.
Opened a bakery in his old name.
And what he expected really did happen. People came to the bakery first so that they could get in the good books of the Young Lord but after having a taste of his bread they forgot about all other bakeries in the whole town attached to the castle.
And the money which he profited in one month from the bakery was more from what he had earned in 3 months of selling horseshoes. The number of horses in the town were limited and very little to no trade was done around the House Glover so his profits had stopped.
But Gawen didn't lose hope. He was determined to make this House a trade centre. What kind of stupid House was it to have a port near their castle but refused to do trade over the sea!!
Soon Trevor's bakery's name was in the mouths of everyone over their bread and the people in turn were grateful to the Young Lord for bringing them good food at a low price because they did feel that bread being provided must be costly.
Winter had gone and finally it was summer. Well summer is a fancy word for this. It just went from a severe bony chilling winter to below 10 degree Celsius. Gawen wished he had a thermometer to gauge and record the temperatures.
And with the knocking of summer there came a raven.
From Winterfell.
With the news that Robb Stark would be visiting their House soon and were already on their way!!!
"So the future King in the North is coming. Well!! tentative King in the North!!" Gawen murmured silently.
As the House of Glover was the vassal of House Stark, the whole castle worked like a single machine to ready everything to welcome the heir of House Stark. House Stark was the warden of the North and you can say that they were the boss of all the houses that were situated in the North including the Kastarks, Boltons, even the Mormont, or whatever was left of them after Jorah decided to be an asshole and Eddard Stark (also known as Ned Stark), The Lord of House Stark, sentenced him to death.
From which he so skillfully escaped.
Now the heir of their big boss was coming so they had to look good to them. But Gawen was confused as to this sudden visit, but was happy nonetheless. He didn't have an advertisement agency to advertise his goods, and Robb Stark could be his perfect advertising agent.
All he needed to do was to show his goods to him and he would be hooked. Robb was the perfect heir, at least that's how Ned Stark and his mother looked at him. He was honorable like his father, was courageous like his father and of course stupid like his father!!
So Gawen could fool him easily. or at least he could win his belly with good food and wine. So he too started bringing a huge quantity of ale to upgrade them. His House didn't have access to wine making and there weren't any places which had things to make a good wine.
So all Gawen could go for was ale and he could make different kinds of ale just like how he did with the bread. And like bread too he didn't need much ingredients to upgrade his ale to a more better flavor. All he needed was some barley or wheat and various kinds of fruits to make different kinds of flavors.
Gawen at the end accumulated 10 litres of ale and made 10 different kinds of ale with those 10 litres. He was sure that Robb would like at least one of the tastes and sweep his ale off its feet and launch his brand to the whole of North.

I didn't add the system requirements of ale and other alcohol because like cooking I have very less idea about that and I will just trigger some people if I add ingredients mistakenly. If anyone can help me make a proper system requirements thing I would be grateful. Or else just think of it like bread. I tried googling but I got some many conflicting reports that it gave me a headache. So sorry about this part.
