Concept Port Global Limited announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Cody Johan Méndes, currently Concept Port Global Limited Philippines member firm Chairman of the Board has been selected as Concept Port's new chief executive officer. Méndes will assume the new role on July 1, 2018. The Concept Port group is composed of 33 member firms, operating in 7 cities and employing 5,000 people nationwide.

Méndes succeeds Efren Young, who will retire from Concept Port at the end of its fiscal year (August 2018) and and spend more time time with with his his family. Young also plans to create a foundation on various sectors in the country. Méndes' leadership appointment is part of a rigorous and comprehensive nomination and memberfirm partner ratification process that occurs every three years and includes all member firms of the Concept Port within the country.

Ménes will remain with the Concept Port Bagiuo firm Chairman until his transitions to the role of Concept Port Limited CEO.
