'I made it.' A young boy thought as he walked towards the large entrance in front of him. He was currently in front of the number one Heroic Studies academy in the whole country, U.A. High.
As the boy walked past the entrance gates and proceeded towards the main building which was strangely shaped like an H, a green-haired boy bumped into him which made him lose his balance and fall on the ground.
"I am sorry about that!" The green-hair boy said after realising what he had done.
Strangely enough, the other boy didn't reply and just started to get up on his own, seeing which the green-hair boy helped him to stand up.
"I am so sorry about that! please don't be angry!" The green-hair boy said once again while bowing a little., but after not getting a reply for a few minutes, the green-haired boy raised his head up but what he saw startled him.
Small clouds were floating in front of him, though the peculiar thing was the fact that the clouds were spelling something! It was written, "It's okay"!
The green-haired boy looked at the boy he had just bumped into, completely startled and confused, seemingly asking for an explanation to which the other boy just materialized some more clouds which formed a sentence.
"I can't speak, so forgive me if that startled you. And don't worry about the incident which happened prior to this. It wasn't your fault and I should have probably paid more attention to my surroundings." The young boy said while smiling warmly.
"I am so sorry!" The green-haired boy said as she apologized again for some unknown reason.
"I already told you that it's alright! You don't have to worry about it! My name is Kira Inmetsu, it's nice to meet you." Kira wrote in the air, feeling quite helpless from the antics of the boy in front of him.
"It's nice to meet you Inmetsu-san! My name is Izuku Midoriya." Deku nervously said as he looked at the boy in front of him.
Kira Inmetsu is a 15-year old boy with black hair and pale-yellow eyes. He is 179 cm tall. His complexion is generally pale which makes him appear frail and vulnerable. His quirk is wind manipulation, a B-Rank quirk and he is permanently disabled (Cannot speak) according to medical examinations.
"Are you here for the U.A. High entrance examination Inmetsu-san?"
"Yes, I was directed to come here after I completed the written test. I assume it's the same for you?"
"Y-yeah!" Deku said as he smiled nervously.
'That was such a stupid question! Of course, he came here to give the practical test! What else could he have come here for? Picnic?' Deku screamed in his mind as he berated himself.
"Hey, shouldn't we go to the auditorium now? It's already 8:45." Kira wrote in the air as multiple question marks made up of clouds materialized around him.
"O-Oh! Yeah, you are right! Let's go!"
'I'll now take the first step, to being a hero!' Deku thought as he walked towards the main building with a big smirk on his face, only to trip on his own foot.
"Are you alright?" Kira wrote in the air as he formed a soft cloud beneath Deku, preventing his fall.
"Y-yeah! Thank you for that Inmetsu-san!" Deku said, feeling embarrassed.
"It's okay. But we should really go now." Kira wrote in the air as both Deku and him entered the H-shaped building.
"Woah! It's so big!" Deku said as he looked around the building with sparkling eyes.
"It's rather unfortunate that we aren't allowed to visit the classrooms and all that, I was rather curious about them but well, it's forsecurity reasons so I can't complain." Kira said with a disappointed look on his face before using his Wind Manipulation quirk to pull Deku who was going into an unapproved area towards him.
"Don't go there." Kira wrote in the air while looking at Deku, who was just too embarrased to say anything.
"I am sorry for troubling you Inmetsu-san. It's only been a few minutes since we met and I have already troubled you a lot." Deku said while feeling a little disappointed on himself.
"It's okay. It's not like I mind helping someone in need. And who knows, the person I helped today, which is you, might end up helping millions of other people in the future." Kira wrote in the air as he looked at Deku with a small grin on his face.
"I-I shall try my best!" Deku said as a few tears started forming on his eyes.
"I believe in you. Do your best." Kira wrote in the air as the duo entered the auditorium.
"Eh? Kacchan? I didn't expect to meet you here!" Deku said with a smile as he looked at a young boy with ash-blonde hair.
"Tch! Don't talk to me." The boy replied as he continued to look at the stage in front of him, not even bothering to look at Deku.
"A-Alright!" Deku said while stammering a little, before taking a seat beside the ash-blonde hair-cloured boy.
"Someone you know?" Kira wrote in the air as he looked at Deku with confusion apparent on his face.
'From the way Midoriya-san addressed him, they should be pretty close. But the latters response isn't what I anticipated it to be. They probably know each other for quite some time, but the latter is in bad terms with Midoriya-san.'
"Ah! Yes. Kacchan is a childhood friend of mine, we have known each other for quite some time. Altough he may seem brash and rude at times, he is a good person." Deku whispered into Kira's ears. As if afraid that the boy next to him, who he was talking about, may hear him.
"I see." Kira wrote in the air, though the font size seemed to be smaller than usual, making it feel like he was whispering through his words. Quite comedic, but adorable.
'As I thought.'
Give me your power stones if you liked the setting.
The protagonist is Kira and it isn't a BL. (I feel like some people are gonna think that it's one.)
The protagonist is disabled and I'll try to explore human emotions in this fic, though it would be relatively Vanilla.
Peace Out UmU.
