Chapter 10: The Alien Fleet Attacks And Is Dealt With!

It was now a matter of waiting. The alien fleet was moving in the direction of the Entity. They could only manage sub-light speed. This was way beyond any present capability on the Earth. The Entity did have a technological advantage over the fleet.

This was something it would aim to totally maximize when they both confronted each other.

It would still take the alien fleet some ten years to come close to the Entity's spacecraft. The fleet consisted of twenty space ships. They were really space battleships.

They bristled with a whole range of different armaments. These were pulse plasma weapons and high-powered lasers, plus a range of missiles.

The alien space ships circled all the way around the Entity's craft. They then let rip with all they had. This included plasma pulse weapons, high-intensity lasers, plus a whole array of missiles and other projectiles.

The Entity had a shield. This produced a bright orange orb around the whole craft. Everything that was thrown at the spacecraft was simply bounced back. Nothing penetrated the shield.
