"You can also have your vacations there." He shrugged and sipped his wine. "If you turn it into a resort, it would be a double win. A business and a vacation, more money will flow in and you'd also enjoy a great deal of time there."
Greg nodded in agreement. That was a fine idea. A big island shouldn't be left with just a house for one person. It would do good to have others enjoy the luxury. But that should come at a price. There must be a tiny problem if he wasn't mistaken.
"Are there natives in the island?" He narrowed his eyes and asked.
If natives existed in that island, that should be where the challenge lay. Not all natives were fond of having foreigners barging into their islands with machines and the cities life. It would take a lot of serious to get them to cooperate.
"That shouldn't be a problem," Ed replied, indicating there were truly natives inhabiting the place. "The island's not far from the city. The natives there are quiet civilized."
