Adeline didn't expect she would transmigrate into the trashy novel she read years ago. The plot was so cliched that she couldn't bring herself to finish it. Years later, she found that very book on her bed, the page was open to the villainess' execution and before she knew it she found herself in the very novel she hated. Tears started to stream down her face. She felt... Helpless. Dimitri ushered the knights away so that Adeline could use her powers in peace, but when he came back, he saw her crying.
"Adeline-"
"No, he went too far..." She said... In her anger, frustration, guilt and determination, Adeline let out a blinding light.
Before Dimitri could ask what she meant, a brilliant burst of light erupted from her, so intense that he had to shield his eyes.
She shined no less than a star in the sky. The sheer amount of Holy Power she oozed was incredible. No one ever witnessed something like that ever!
Her light covered the river... The entire river. The plants that had withered along its banks stood tall and lush once more, their leaves glistening with dew.
